Katy has helped my husband and I both purchase and refinance our home. She was able to not only get us into a mortgage the first time when everyone else told us it was not possible. She went the extra mile for a very unique situation. I swore at that time we would never refinance because we have no intention of moving and had a great rate to begin with. However, we just finished our refi with her at a JAWDROPPING rate. I highly recommend!

Words can't express how grateful we are to Mark and his team. To say that they went above and beyond would be an understatement. We were in the process of buying a property and the original company we were working with made it sound like it would be a very easy process (which it was, in the beginning). Derek and his team have helped me twice now with a mortgage and both times it was seamless and amazing. They went above and beyond the basic service to find me the best rate, discounts and more. Not to mention their customer service is fantastic. Moving to another state? No problem. My recent mortgage was for a move from Oregon to Idaho and it… was stress-free. The team worked seamlessly with everyone involved - real estate agents, title companies in both states and whoever else needed to be part of the conversation across state lines.
