I love that Dr. Schurtz is so kind and knowledgeable and helpful. She and her staff are always so nice and so caring to us and our fur babies and always know just what to do. This is important to me because they know that our pets aren't just pets... that they are our family. We had our first visit here today with an ailing older cat. They are amazing! This was the first vet we’ve been to that 1) really, truly, seemed to care about us and our boy, 2) did not try to up sell things that have nothing to do with why we were there, 3) did not encourage more invasive tests before ruling out other possible causes, and 4)have doctors and assistants that relate their stories in a way that calms and encourages. It is an added bonus that there are such beautiful cats that greet you, and a gorgeous German Shepherd that can open doors! Highly recommend!
