Giggling Guest Childcare started by Debi Hammel in Spokane, Washington in the year 2000. At the time there was only one location and no immediate plans to start another location. Debi continues to manage the capable teams of qualified care givers at each of our two locations.
Even though there wasn't a desire to grow Giggling Guest Childcare rapidly, our reputation for quality childcare with an educational emphasis continued to bring new families.Once suitable alternate locations become available we decided to slowly take on the additional responsibility of replicating what had been working so well at our original location.

As someone who formally worked in childcare I was extra selective when it came to finding childcare for my daughter. Giggling Guest checked off all my boxes and has taken amazing care of my almost 3 year old ever since she was an infant. She loves going to school and is flourishing because of how dedicated all the teachers.

My son has been attending Giggling Guest too for over a year now and I have seen him blossom. He has reached many milestones and improved on his social skills. I love all the activities they do with him like coloring/artwork, playing outside, reading and music. They keep me updated through their app which helps me feel connected. I truly appreciate the staff and their role in my sons life.

I am leaving this review to counterbalance the ignorant one star review left by another individual regarding Giggling Guest Too. To be fair they had one person that tested positive for Covid19 so calling it an "outbreak" is exaggerating to say the least. They also addressed the situation immediately and have been forthcoming and fair in all circumstances including billing. It's basically inevitable that they would be exposed at some point knowing the high risk nature of this group.
This is the third daycare I have had my kids in due to moving and this is far and away the best daycare I have used

We LOVE everything about Giggling Guest from the staff to the daily routine and structure to the set up of the secure entry building. We transitioned our daughter in March to provide a better learning environment to meet her needs and prepare her more adequately for school. She just turned 2 and she has grown so much in her vocabulary, basic knowledge of letters and numbers and her ability to more effective interact with others socially and emotionally.

I cannot express how amazing this daycare has been. We used to be at another one in Cheney and switched 4 months ago. This has been the best experience and my daughter loves it here. She has already learned so much from her teachers. I really like the updates and stuff through the Kids Reports app. The negative comment really irks me as they have done everything they can through this very trying time. They are doing an amazing job keep up the good work!

Great spot to go if you are looking for high quality and reliable childcare. All of the teachers, and management staff, are professional and you can tell that they truly care about your children. This is the third place that we have been since my boys (4 and 2) have been born (One closed, and one wasn't the right fit.) We are SO happy here.
Also, I feel the need to respond to some of the above negative feedback. Foremost, this isn't a chain, and when my boys have ever been injured (or didn't feel well) they were always right on top of it and notifying us. I feel that the review from a year+ ago

My babies absolutely love giggling guest and I do too. We have seen many daycare centers and absolutely fell in love with this place with our first visit. All the teachers and staff are kind and caring. We feel very safe and they are very attentive to the kids. My toddler talks about all her friends and gives a full report each day of all the fun stuff she’s done. Their Covid response has been spot on and we are grateful to have a daycare that remained open to essential workers. Negative reviewer clearly have no frame of reference, and should keep your kids at home if you really have that much

We just recently started taking our two girls to Giggling Guest and we're very happy with the childcare they provide. We feel that the learning program is great and can see continuous growth in our children. We are working through this outbreak; my wife and I feel like Giggling Guest has dealt with this situation at a very professional and compassionate level. We feel fortunate to have Giggling Guest as part of our "family!"

I cannot say enough good things about Giggling Guest. Everyone is so nice, professional, and courteous and my daughter absolutely loves going to school here. The facility is extremely clean and the staff takes all the proper precautions to ensure that everything is sanitized and that the children learn proper hygiene etiquette. My wife and I have also seen a significant change in our daughters development since starting here and we couldn't be happier with the results.

My daughter has attended Giggling Guests for almost a year now. The center is always professional, clean, and the staff is very caring and friendly. Recently, with COVID-19 Giggling Guests has been extremely communicative and responded to any an all health protocols required by the county and state. They have done an amazing job keeping the safety of the kids and their staff as priority. I truly appreciate Giggling Guests!!

We love and appreciate the care we have received from Giggling Guests! We have three children (5, 3, and 2) and have been with GG for years. We have also been to two other daycare centers in Spokane and this one is above and beyond all the rest! The management is amazing, and the teachers are amazing.
We ended up pulling our kids out of daycare for about two months at the beginning of the pandemic and our kids were SO excited to start again in June! They all have so much fun at school and are learning a ton. Our kids are well loved and exceptionally cared for.

Cannot be happier with the level of care GG provides to our toddler son. We get updates throughout the day on what activities he is doing, what he ate and how potty training is going. They teach necessary skills while making it fun for the kids. The food is cooked on site and they offer a wide variety of things for my toddler to try. I feel like they truly care about him and us as a family. We are so happy with GG that we are moving our older son from his other preschool to GG after this school year. Highly recommend.

Our daughter LOVES attending Giggling Guest and we couldn't be happier with the care they provide. Before we started at Giggling Guest we were on a wait list for a school we were told was the best around... After touring Giggling Guest I was so impressed there was no way we were sending her anywhere else. The facility is small (less cooties and more personal service). You can tell by the way my daughter talks about her teachers that she feels cared for. The entire staff knows her name, not just her teachers. She is happy when I drop her off and when I pick her up. We are so happy to have our daughter going to Giggling Guest Too. Before she started daycare there, she was able to spend a little bit of time in the class and the teachers welcomed her with open arms. The staff always keeps parents informed of any illnesses going on in a class to make sure parents take preventive care with their kids. They have activities that we are able to sign up our daughter for on top of what they already do during the day.
