We have been going to Lead Dental for about 3 years and love everyone there. At first the decision was made because of sheer location and proximity to our home, but over the years they have gained my trust and I now know a lot of them by their first name. This dental practice should be investigated for fraud. I came to this office as a new patient for my biannual cleanings and exams. They took X-rays, and performed an evaluation of my teeth and gums. They told me I needed $800.00 in dental work, including cavity fillings. My husband came out of his exam room with his care plan and his total was over $700.00. My husband and I had a strange feeling about our experience. We talked and decided we should go for another exam, not telling the next dentist office about experience. I have had nothing but great experiences with this practice! Office Manager is informative and very caring. Doctors and assistants are exceptional as well. Office manager went out of her way to make my difficult situation work out. I also found out that they do Botox and fillers!! Dr.. Mailapur has some special skills, she is not just trying to give you that frozen face look as so many doctors do. I give this practice a WhooHoo!

I had my teeth cleaned during COVID and was VERY impressed with all of the precautions taken, keeping patients and staff safe during COVID. From calling the front desk, getting the COVID temperature check, being escorted to my bay for my exam and cleaning, LEAD Dental has consistently been very customer service oriented and pleasant. Hygenists and my Dentist have always been able to communicate well, answering questions and explaining any of my concerns.
It is a wonderful practice that I keep referring to friends and family.

So I talked to the most snotty woman from this office. Evidently during Covid no one at their office could be bothered to actually do the billing on their end, and now they're threatening to send me to collections if I don't get back to them on the very next business day to resolve the primary versus secondary payment issue that they've just uncovered for my children's dental visit in March. Excellent service! I had two gum grafts done with Dr. Mailapur at Lead Dental and I am so glad I did. She did a great job thoroughly explaining the procedure to me and thoughtfully answered all of my questions. She and her assistant Angie were calming and friendly during the surgery, keeping me updated the entire time. Angie even gave me her cell number so that I could quickly get in contact with her during the recovery process. The receptionist Claudine was always very sweet, patient, and accommodating. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Lead Dental.

I’ve always had a great experience coming here! Claudine (front desk) has always been so helpful with breaking down my insurance benefits and letting me know everything up front, in terms of my co-pays. I’m very pleased with the whole staff here - receptionist, dentists and dental hygienists - especially Kelly. She does an extremely thorough teeth cleaning! She’s super nice and overall makes the experience great! I always go to her. I highly recommend this dental office!!! I even brought my parents here :)

I went in to have a tooth fixed -- one that had been fixed before and the repair lasted more than two years. After tying to get me to put a crown on it instead (significantly more expensive) I mentioned that the original repair lasted a very long time so I just needed to do that again. I had been unemployed for a few months and just got a new job, so between the cost and the time off from my new job, the repair was better for me. Right up until I walked out the door, the receptionist kept trying to convince me I should go ahead and do the more costly repair

I have had nothing but a superb experience with this dental practiced I went to another dentist who misdiagnosed an issue and didn't even fix it. I reached out to Dr. Shilpa Mailapur and her team who explained the treatment and plan thoroughly. I have been plagued with dental issues for my entire life from having an underbite and braces and a pallet expander to overall cavity issues. I had two crowns done that never quite fit right and it lead to many issues. Dr. Mailapur FINALLY found the best solution. I just had one of the best experiences ever. So, I was having a horrible toothache since yesterday and I just had to have a wisdom tooth extracted but my Primary Dentist did not work today, so after calling all the Dentist offices in my area, I finally called Lead Dental Group. I have never liked the dentist until I began coming here! The staff is always friendly and they always make sure I’m comfortable as soon as I sit in the chair. All the chairs are massage chairs, they put on a movie on the TV and gave me headphones so that I can distract myself. I love that they have a variety of drinks in the waiting area for anyone to take. This office is always very clean as are the bathrooms. I highly recommend this office for anyone who would like to get their teeth in order!

Will definitely recommend!! Going to the dentist has always been one of the very worst things I've had to do in life. This place is amazing!! Dr Thind is very knowledgeable and really breaks it down so you can understand. The office is very nice and very clean!! Everyone was super nice!! From the moment I called to make the appointment until I was walking out the door, was a very good experience!
