Microblading is the artistic technique of tattooing individual hair strokes with a handheld tool called a microblade. Unlike traditional tattooing, which uses a machine, microblading artists hand draw each hair to match the color and coarseness of your eyebrows. Microbladed eyebrows last 1 to 2 years for most people, before it usually needs a touch up.
As an artist, my goal is always to ensure that you receive the best possible results from your treatment. This is heavily reliant on your skin being healthy, strong, and calm. You will get optimal results when your skin is properly prepped. It all starts with a good canvas! The eyebrow area must be healthy, strong, non-sensitive, and non-irritated.
The microblading healing process is filled with ups and downs, no question about it but don't let it scare you. During the healing process it is NORMAL to experience some scabbing, some patching and even some loss of pigment. At first, they will be very dark, within the first 2 weeks or so they will lighten up about 40%.
