My lashes are not as curly and thick as a lot of others however the lash tech here did me dirty and continued to take my money and not provide me with proper after care instructions and told me my lashes were breaking off but had no idea why. Well I was getting them done consistently 8 months straight with this tech/business owner and she never one time told me of the importance to have a lash break never recomended me to get a lash removal after all this time she was taking my money for a volume fill giving me Cynthia doll looking lashes not taking any pictures because she knows she was messing

If I could zero stars I would! The customer service I received was HORRIBLE!
On Monday, Nov 9th, I booked a lash appt online for Wednesday Nov 11th at 3:30pm. The next day, I receive an email stating that she already has an appointment at 4pm on Wednesday so she could not accommodate my 3:30pm appointment which her booking site allowed me to book. She asks if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. Wednesday was my only day off so I asked if she had any other appointments that day. She asked if I could do 5:15pm and I agreed. On Wednesday I was running 10 minutes late because it was pouring

I had been toying for months with the idea of getting microblading after an unsuccessful attempt at eyebrow tattooing. So, today I was going to be in the area and decided to Google and go for it. I'm so pleased with not only the professionalism and great customer service. The results are amazing !! I will repost after a week with an update.
