Kechia Taylor, our founder, and CEO has been in the beauty industry for over 15 years, starting her career as a beauty esthetician in Maryland. During her ownership of two spas in Maryland, she was continuously faced with different clients who wanted no-fuss, natural-looking, clean brows that improved their confidence.
The only online microblading program that takes you through everything you need to know about microblading so you can get certified and confidently launch your own beauty business in just 12 weeks. Micoblading also known as 3D brows or Eyebrow Embroidery is a form of permanent makeup. A manual tool is used to create feather like hair strokes with color pigment to the dermis layer of the skin in the eyebrow region. Microblading is semi-permanent and results can last 12-18 months. This method is ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of his or her eyebrows.
Booking an appointment is easy and convenient with our online scheduler. Please note: There is only a 10 min grace period for each appointment. Clients arriving after 10 minutes from their appointment time will be considered a missed appointment (NO SHOW)! Please understand that we have to honor and respect client appointment times so this policy is strictly enforced.

Over 30 mins late during initial session (no one was inside). Then got scheduled incorrectly for my reg touch up, so I had to wait over 30 mins for the specialist to arrive. 2 years later, I’m trying to give them another chance for my annual touch up but they failed to honor the fact that we were (and still are) in a pandemic where I wasn’t able to get my touch up last year.
Unprofessional and inconsiderate. But happy that I’ll now be giving my money to a small business who deserves it.

Teyana was punctual and professional. The salon was clean and well-organized. She showed me the new, sanitized materials she'd be using. We had great conversation and listened to good music, so the time passed quickly. Two hours later, my brows look gorgeous! She reshaped then a bit, making them fuller and longer than my microblading from 2.5 years ago. They are absolutely beautiful. Looking forward to recommending her to friends and strangers alike.

Today was the day that I had my brows done by Nico, OMG...I LOVE MY BROWS!!! Nico was so kind and friendly; you can tell that she takes pride in her work. She made sure I was comfortable during the process and answered every question that I had before my session started and after. I truly do recommend Nico if you’re thinking about having the service. Teyanna was amazing! I love how my powder brows turned out during the first session (5/10/19) and how she re-shaped the brows during the second session (7/2/19). The studio was very nice, easy to find/access - it’s ~10 min walk from silver Spring metro. Teyanna was very professional and communicative. I've already recommended her and Brows & Co to all my friends! Easy to make an appointment and very affordable compared to other studios in the DC area. Love love love!

Nico is the absolute sweetest and most kind hearted person. I was not super confident about the whole microblading and how it would look on me. Kechia did my nanobladed brows this spring. I had some old cosmetic tattoo work done to my brows that was fading after a few years, and the pigment was starting to turn a red color that was distinguishable underneath my brown eyebrow hairs. Kechia recommended nanoblading to cover this previous work and I was happy to take her recommendation.

Ok this is my first time getting tatted. It was painful but I like my ombré brows as of day 1. I was not prepared for the pain during the process after overnight. I guess I have sensitive skin and this does not compare or equivalent to Brazilian wax. It is more focused and direct since your brows are sensitive and on your face. I feel I researched and made the best choice for me. I initial wanted blading but that seemed too invasive. I will see how these and report back during the porcess

I recently took the 3 day microblading and shading class and it was amazing! Kechia and Teyana are the bomb!!!! They are a good mixture of professionalism and fun and they're very easy to talk to and learn from. I walked out feeling very confident and if you take this class you will not regret it! No manner, she keep telling me how she don't have time to do my eyebrows and can't show me before and after pictures of her work, that is unheard of . I didn't want her to touch me with that attitude. We had 2hrs more than enough but for her she needs the whole day. Also, I never heard of cash only policy. . If she is confident with her work why only accept cash only?? I offered many options including PayPal but she refused all. I will take my money and go to a professional who accept All payment, who respect customer, who have manners and kind. Also, it was raining pouring heavy

Okay, I have to put this up, because I'm pretty sure Kechia thought I hated my brows. I was mostly in shock- prior to microblading I had very sparse brows, an old permanent eyebrow tattoo that was getting reddish brown and showing through, so I was used to pretty light brows. I love them a little more everyday, and I've gotten so many compliments on them! Kechia really took her time to be precise, taking time to measure and draw my brows before going in on the microblading. She was incredibly kind and compassionate with my anxious questions, which I really appreciated.
