This is easily the best pizza place in Windham and I’ve tried them all over the last 20 years. Great pizza, subs and salads and the prices are good too. On top of that, it’s a family owned business with the same father and sons running it since it opened. If you want great food and a staff that actually cares about you and the quality of the food they serve you, look no further than Cobbetts Pond Pizzeria.

The pizza here is a grease fest. And im not talking about some gross mess. Im talking a real old school greasy pepperoni pizza. Its like the cure for a hangover and depression baked to perfection.
Im not sure what it is about this place, be it fresh ingredients, or just the comfort food appeal, but something here really rocks. There isn't another place i can even think of that makes a pie quite like the one found here. The flavor is so satisfying, the grease is so indulgent, and yet, I don't feel like absolute garbage after eating even a whole pizza. Good job everyone.

The food is fine nothing spectacular they have what you need for a pizza and sub shop. Unfortunately they take forever to have your order ready even when the place is empty; it feels like they forgot about you until you place your order and then when you ask for it they start making it. They also NEVER toast my sub even when I say extra! They cannot toast a sub if their lives depended on it. Every time I ask for it toasted and every time it’s soggy bread. It’s sad because out of the pizza shops in the area this is the best one! They’d have an amazing business if they just stepped up the service

I just recently moved to the area and usually go to Kendall Pond because it's right around the corner and my son is half Greek and only likes Greek style pizza. But Monday's they are closed so I searched around my area and saw Cobbetts Pond, they had Greek pizza and we always go to Mary Ann's Diner every weekend, and they delivered as well...Sooo I figured let's try it out!! It was around 7:40-7:45 PM and they wouldn't deliver when they are a 7-minute drive away, not sure if this is typical of them because they close at 9 PM (where I came from some places are open until 3 AM) and maybe they're

Moved to Windham two years ago, and now have I recently been starting to order take out more often and I am sure glad I ordered from here.
I know pizza is a big preference thing and there’s so many different types and crusts, but oh my god there cheese pizza right out of the oven is the best thing I have tasted.
I love their pies, steak and cheeses and salads, I haven’t tried anything else but I don’t think I will as I just don’t think I need to when all the other things I order are excellent.
Order Atleast 2 times a week and a lot when the Pats are on!
