Our passion is pizza! Our purpose is crafting a pizza that will help you and your family to create moments together that will stay with you long after you've eaten your pizza pie. Since 2004, this has been what Charlie Mac's is all about, and we have no plans of changing a thing! Charlie Mac's was conceived on a rainy day, in a stuffy apartment on a carpeted floor, with a pad of paper, a bowl of stale pretzels, and a couple of beers.
We sat on that itchy carpet and concocted what today are our signature menu items. Our swirly, sweet, and tangy BBQ chicken and caramelized onion pizza will make your mouth water! The Queen Margherita, our take on the classic Margherita, combines mild, creamy fresh mozzarella, a burst of flavor with fresh basil, and a zip of salt with a hint of Parmesan cheese.

First time ever going here to get pizza and it was a fantastic experience. I got (4) 20" Family Size Pizzas (2 Cheese, 2 Pepperoni) for our 22 U8 Derry Demons Tackle Football players to enjoy after a hard 2.5-hour practice in the scorching heat yesterday.
They gobbled it down. Not only was the pizza delicious — the service and experience was top notch. I called the order in around 4pm for a 7:15pm pickup, when I got there, they were ready to go!
The restaurant is super cute and VERY clean and one of the young men offered and carried these humongous pizzas to my truck for me. :)

I was really excited to try this place but was sadly disappointed. We got the Greek pizza, the Joey calzone, and cheesy bread. The pizza was bland, chewy, and was mediocre at absolute best. The calzone crust was honestly the second tastiest part of the meal only behind their surprisingly decent marinara sauce. Although the Alfredo sauce was as bland as you could imagine, resembling closely to a jar of Classico Alfredo you could buy at the grocery store. My family got delivery last night for the first time since my previous review. And boy I have to say that this time was AWESOME! The Americana pizza was cooked perfectly and LOADED with roni. My husband loved it. I got the Italiano calzone which had sausage, peppers, carmelized onions, and ricotta, that was also cooked well and super tasty. They must have upped their game because it was WAY better than before. I will definitely be back soon, and I also did a review on #bpwreview aka BOSTON PIZZA WARS on Facebook.

I'm so glad we started ordering from here! We have been trying to find a good pizza place around Derry and it is impossible. We were ordering from Checkmate for a few years and their quality has gone way down. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and 2 salads last night and everything about it was delicious. I've ordered the sweet chili chicken pizza before and it was AMAZING. I think we found our new place to order from!! 😊

So my bf and I tried a lot of pizza joints when we first moved to Derry. We thought Jake D's was THE pizza place. We loved everything we ordered, but eventually, I'm assuming due to COVID and having trouble staying afloat, that new cooks were on boarded and aren't doing as well. We've been on the fence because of our loyalty, but finally remembered the last place we hadn't tested out was Charlie Mac's. Let me just say we freaking loved what we got: a hamburg, mushroom and onion pizza, the Popeye pizza with grilled chicken, and an order of sweet chili wings. YUM! Very well made! Will definitely

I visited Derry for the rail trail and rockingham brewery. I realized that I was going to be hungry but had my 2 dogs with me. After calling a ton of places that said they were either not dog friendly or would take 45 minutes-hour I settled on pizza.
I got a calzone from Charlie macs and it's the BEST calzone I've ever had. It was done quickly and the staff were super nice. The dough is, in my opinion, the best yup of dough! So amazing!

I went to Charlie Mac's Pizzeria for the first time yesterday. I asked them to pre bake my Pizza so that I could finish baking at home. They were very accommodating and when I tasted this pizza for the first time, it was the best Pizza EVER! They don't use grated cheese on top, they use sliced mozzarella. The first bite was delicious! I could taste the mozzarella, not just a blend of various cheeses. The crust was fabulous! Thin and crispy! Charlie Mac's Pizzeria is now my pizzeria!!!!! Thank You

Ran into the owner of Charlie Macs at Market Basket when he was shopping for FRESH ingredients a few weeks ago. I introduced myself to him because I saw him wearing a pizza shop hoodie that I wanted to buy when I stopped into CM's a couple months ago. I recognized him from the shop and asked him if he was shopping for CM's. He answered in the affirmative. Fresh fresh fresh fresh fresh!!!! Ingredients on all their pizza's. Just found the best pizza place in all of Derry, New Hampshire! The pizza dough has a nice taste unlike others that are like cardboard. Jeff uses fresh mozzarella cheese which is not typically seen, as well as, fresh spices and other ingredients that can't be beat. The homemade pizza sauce and even the marinara sauce is different than others and is absolutely wonderful. You don't get the heartburn or acidic after-effects. Their bread is homemade and delicious... not like your typical restaurant bread that you get with a salad or side. The atmosphere is very pleasant and extremely clean

I found this place by accident the other day when I was dropping my dog off at the groomer next door. I got the most amazing salad with Romaine and spring mix with European cucumbers and the most amazing ripe cherry tomatoes. I asked if their salads came with pita bread and I was told they make their own. While I was there they were taking it out of the oven. It is chewy and crusty and just amazing!
The service was excellent, as they were very efficient and very friendly.
The only thing I have eaten there is a salad and pita bread, so I can't speak to the rest of the menu. I plan on trying

Fantastic cooking at a family owned shop! Great variety of specialty pizzas and salads made fresh to order. The chicken bacon ranch is incredible here. The dough in the pizza and calzone is among the best in the area I have had. Spacious and clean place to eat in as well. Secret find is bottled Cold Brew coffee in the fridge!
