We recently moved to the area and I visited this office for my annual eye exam. From check in to eye exam to picking out frames it was a wonderful experience.
When my husband and I arrived for our eye exams the check in process went seamlessly. We were a bit early for our exams so we were browsing the frames. Most of the staff were in a meeting out on the floor and Tracey (sp?) stepped away and offered to set aside any frames I was thinking about. She set them on her desk, told me to let her know if I needed anything else just to let her know and then went back to the meeting. It was nice to know

I visited VisionQuest for the first time today. I had a great experience today with Dr. Smith! Her and her team were all very warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. There was a great selection of frames to pick from as well! I would definitely recommend them and I plan to send my husband their way soon.

My wife and I were in last Friday.
We both see Dr Terry Kull. I must say Dr Kull is a very kind and caring Optometrist.
We always have a great experience when we see him for our annual exam.
When we were done with Dr Kull we saw Elan. I must say we had a great experience with Elan also. She is very professional. Elan helped us pick out glasses. We normally go to the Eastside location. I was so impressed that we will probably start coming here for now on.
The receptionist was great also.

Absolutely perfect experience with Dr. Shah and the friendly staff who helped me. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. I especially liked the precautions they are taking with masking, handwashing station, etc. Top of the line technology in making sure my eyes are healthy and any issues are addressed. The eyewear choices are great, and the packages they have are much appreciated. I definitely recommend the VisionQuest Eyecare - Geist location!

I walked into Vision Quest with a pretty bad Hyphema from an accident the night before. I had been calling around trying to get an appt with any Ophthalmologist all morning with no luck. Without hesitation they saw me immediately. The staff was so kind, caring and helpful. Maria is a gem and Dr. Smith put me at ease right away with her knowledge and understanding. The follow up has been impeccable and with their help my condition is improving daily. I will continue to use them for all my families optometry needs. Thank you VisioQuest!

Absolutely love this place. Every associate is great, and the aesthetics are beautiful. Elan helped me select frames and she was great at suggesting frames that worked well with my face shape. She has a gift! Doctor Winters is awesome, and again, all of the staff are friendly from the first call to when you leave. Will be bringing my kiddos here too!

First time here and immediately felt welcomed. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Explained everything to me from the new technology in eye exam, to results of exam, insurance, everything. Best experience ive ever had. Dr. Smith was very pleasant and took time to get to know me and even explained an exam my child could get. This will be my eye care from now on. Highly highly recommend this place.
