I called this office because I needed to get my dog in with an infection ASAP. My now previous vet was too booked up all of the time. The vet techs were so personable. They made us feel so comfortable and not judged. Nobody wants to take their dog somewhere and be judged when being asked tons of questions. SVAH treated our family and dog with such respect, like we were family. They even called the next day to check on my dog. I followed up with a concern the next day and the doctor told me what to do. My dog is starting to feel so much better. 1000/10 recommend

The staff at Spring Valley Animal Hospital are kind, helpful, and very competent. I really felt like every one of them genuinely cared about my animal companion (Browncat) and me. The veterinarian I saw even inquired about Browncat's progress between visits via their app.
I should also note that they were the only place I called that would see my pet that day (it was pretty urgent). I really appreciated that.

I love this place and the staff! They always take great care of my fur babies and provide quality service. Everyone here is so friendly and you can tell they genuinely care. Their prices aren’t super high like most vets so that’s always a plus. I will say the parking situation is kind of awful because they are right off a major road so turning into their small parking lot takes a minute and can be dangerous due to traffic. Just be patient and get there safely because this is the best vet in the area and they are 1000% worth it! Dr. Megan is my favorite and she is just a fun person to be around
