I use Computer Medics to install programs in a new computer or to repair computer. They are reliable, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and courteous. Computer Medics make house or office calls so you do not have to take your computer to a box store and leave it for repairs. Steve is honest and professional. I recommend this company for computer setup and repairs.

My relatively new Lenovo laptop wouldn't start all of the sudden. I called and Steven answered. I described the problem and he said he has seen it before. Due to the virus situation, he actually picked my laptop from my home and a few hours later texted me he fixed the issue. He dropped it off a few hours later, and it cost $89 (minimum fee and hourly fee).

This review is long overdue. My PC, which was over 10 years old, crashed back in October 2018. Steven responded quickly to my call and gave me recommendations for a good replacement. Once I had the new PC, Steven arrived within a day and took just a few hours to get the PC set up, and I was back in business with absolutely NO issues. I thought his charge was reasonable! I will definitely call him again if I ever have issues, which I hope will not be for several more years!

Although having a full schedule, Steven worked it out that I could receive a same-day appointment. He fixed the computer issue that pretty much halted business for the day. Very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to walk me through the process and answer any questions/concerns I had. We can't say enough about the excellent service provided by Steve and his team. They truly went above and beyond to address our computer issues, and all for an extremely fair fee. I must start off with a little information about my experience with computer repair companies. All but one have been far less than stellar. I must have called six or seven companies for help.That one stellar company would be Computer Medics. Computer Medics repaired our machines where I worked. They did a great job. It seemed like they should of had their own office, they were there a lot. I lost touch with them when the company was sold and everyone went their own way.
