When I first met with John, the owner, he made me feel so at ease! He was interested in me and who I was and what I liked in my everyday life. After talking about family and other personal things John took me through all my options. It was so thorough and easy to understand. One of the things that comes to mind is how personable your staff is. If I am in an accident someone from JCA calls and asks "Are you okay". Who does that these day??

It has been a pleasure working with John and his team. He was been able get our company exactly what we needed. He helped us find the liability and workers comp coverage that was best for our firm.
