Many of us have grown up here or spent years in the area. We've volunteered our time, donated resources, and sponsored community events. It's just one of the reasons we take so much pride in our work - this is our home, too. Halbert Construction Services provides everything a new-build or commercial remodeling project needs.

The primary reason owners and developers choose to conduct feasibility studies is to determine whether or not a site will make sense to build on. With these studies in hand, builders can make informed decisions about investing in the land or building on an existing site. This due diligence could save you time, money, and frustration even before construction begins.
Used in many industries, including construction, product development, software development, critical path management is a method of identifying key tasks. Once these tasks are determined, a proper timeline can be established for the overall project. Other work is established throughout the timeline as well, dependent on those key tasks.
Traditionally, planning for a new build or renovation of an existing building is followed by a bidding phase from the general contractor. Working from approved plans, sub-contractors, suppliers, or vendors each vie to provide competitive, cost-effective proposals. It can be time-consuming but also provide some savings before the project begins.
