Wish I could assign 0 stars. Among several other items that make Bill Babut and this firm unprofessional, unreliable, and careless, this "attorney" didn't even show up for court!!!!
Bill was happy to be paid; once I was officially his client, he didn't seem interested in returning my desperate calls for basic information (3 went unanswered over a period of 10 days; by the 4th call and my insistence, the secretary patched me in...) Does he understand that when people go to an attorney, it's a big deal and, for them, there is a lot at stake? Worse, besides being completely

I consulted with William Babut twice over chapter 7 bankruptcy and was assured because I am current on my auto loan and mortgage I would recover a lot easier from filling the bankruptcy because that would help me rebuild my credit. These two loans would STAY on my report helping me in the long run.
I filled the bankruptcy based on the fact I would be able to recover much easier from it because I have absolutely NO INTENTION of giving up my car or home.
Come to find out my bankruptcy was granted and Babut Law offices failed to respond to the reaffirmation agreement for my mortgage and autoloan

Bill, and the whole Law Firm were amazing. They helped us with our Chapter 7, kept us informed, I couldn't have ask for a better outcome. No need to pay high cost to a "Mega" Attorney.
