If I could give 0 stars I would. Super unprofessional and not helpful at all. Don’t come here. Very expensive sunglasses was stolen right out of glasses compartment in my car which is out of sight that’s why the sunglasses are always kept there. My husband went to try to get them to help to find out what happened. They didn’t want to help at all. Said there’s a sign we’re not responsible so that’s your fault. We understand there’s a sign but not even try to help or try to find out who’s the employee you have that’s stealing things. We spent a lot of money multiple times at this

Took good care of my care and left it completely spotless. They really did a great job even under the cold weather where water was freezing while they were taking care of the vehicles. Will keep coming 👍

I went there my both rubber Matt missing now one guy got the nerve to tell me to come back on Monday for service I paid $50 rushing me because they were busy I’m not 🤬🤬🤬🤬coming again to this place!

Horrible. Literally go anywhere else but here. Came here for a car wash and they left my trunk open throughout the entire wash then tried to blame it on MY car saying the car trunk door opened by itself, when that is in fact false. You have to pull a latch to open the trunk. Wouldn't even compensate me for the damages in the trunk whatsoever but offered to "dry it off." Save your time and money.

There's a lot of so called car washes around NJ but this is one of the best they do a great job and all the employees are very nice and listen to what you have to say thanks for the great job on my suburban
They are a little pricey but it is well worth it they really do an amazing job from top to bottom give them a try and you'll see the difference.

First time I write a review but this deserve it. The worst service DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY . I paid an “ultimate wash”, the charged me 2 dollars extra BC it’s an SUV. $27.83 . This price paid for a regular wash car of $7.00 because all the details listed are LIES. When I got back into my car it was with all the same gums paper that I left it and the “high pressure wash” Offered in the package was not preformed leaving all dirt over the paint and the manager solution was just vacuum it again. I told him that I wasn’t happy with the service and he didn’t even care. Will never get back

The worst car wash service . I feel absolutely robed . They didn’t wash anything in my interior. The manager weren’t helpful. Worst $40 ever . Please don’t take your car here .

This is 5th time washing my car paying the 23.95 service they offer,everytime same result,but this time they even scratched my car on the passenger side. Never going back. Just my experience going there.

I come to this place all the time to get my car wash because I've always thought they were amazing. Lately though their service has really been decreasing and their work times are getting just completely ridiculous Sunday morning I arrived as soon as they open ( I was the 3rd car in) to get my car detailed but I was told that there was already an hour and a half wait is very disappointing especially since I'm a regular customer. If you can just go somewhere else for now until they get their stuff together because it's very very disappointing and lately is not even worth the money

This is how they left my entire car looking, had to find a real professional to fix the paint on the entire car. Never going back to Supershine Car Wash!!

They don't do short cuts ' they get the job done 'great customer service

After 45 min wait in line than order a their top of the line vip wash with interior disinfectant and leather interior sealant, additional you wait an additional 2 hours before they even get to your car.

My dog threw up on my car and they took care of the nasty smell, great job illness definitely be coming here more often

My cars and truck always come out shining they do a very goooood job on my rims. I spend 80$ every time I take my cars there and i have never leave there UNHAPPY. and the spray wax is A1.

First time going here; needed a quick wash on my truck. The people are fast, efficient and polite. I got the Ultimate Wash for $22 and got a thorough wash inside and out. I'd come here again if I'm ever in the area.

I drive 25 minutes just to come get my car washed on a regular basis. This is the only place that takes the time necessary to clean my wheels the way I like and they don’t use watered down soap and tire shine.

Great value, lots of staff who take care with all parts of even the basic wash. Can always tell based on windows! And mine were sparkling clean-- WITH only a $10 charge. Needless to say happy to tip.

I don't like the pricing. The signs say 1 thing and they make up a price and charge you for each thing in a detail so you don't really know if they're ripping you off. But the work is very good and the workers are all pleasant.

I am throughly impressed. I will def come back as this has been one of the best car washes I have ever received on my car. The staff is smiling, personable and precessional. I can't begin to tell you the honors I have had at other car washes. I happen to be in the area and decided to get a wash and I can't be happier. My car looks brand new. I will return for the full details. At a reasonable cost I am def gonna come back.

Very good wash they clean up my car inside and they were fast. Not to pricey not a long wait. If they forgot to do something you told them and they do it. With no hard feelings.

Best experience ever at a Carwash! Let me first say that the owners are EXCELLENT! Upon my arrivalarrival, I was greeted with a smile by the workers who were also very pleasant. I figured this was going to go good. They were very meticulous when it came to cleaning my vehicle. I then approached the register to pay and wait. Pairs $30 for a wash and the coffee splatter on side of my car still there. No attention to detail. I stand if I plaid for a $10 wash but a $30 wash???
