On every roof we evaluate, we give an honest assessment of where the problem is, what the cause of the problem is and your options on how we can repair the problem. There are many roofing contractors who slap on some plastic roof cement around a pipe or drain and call that a roof repair! We're talking a better roof solution- fiberglass and emulsion mixed with experience and pure raw roofing talent.
We had Roof Medics replace our roof and I don't have any complaints or criticism of the job. Arrived when they said they would and created as little disruption to our lives as could be expected. My roof is 30 yrs old. Daryl came by and assessed its condition.
He recommended some structural changes along with the superior underlayment of TU43. There was a lot of water damage with rotted wood, plus a lot of cracked tiles. So pleased that the replacement tiles match my current tiles.
The guys did an amazing job on the roof, painting all the facia boards that were replaced, fixing the source of the issues I was having for a long time. I had 3 bids on the roof and Daryl's was the most thorough and the price was right.
My friends and neighbors come by and say WOW, your house looks FANTASTIC

Reliability, Honesty, and Daryl the Owner has the highest standards of workmanship and integrity for himself and his employees. They have been in the business for a long time. My free evaluation and estimate were very thorough and they explained everything to me in detail with pictures. We had an underlayment replacement and upon completion we noticed the new metal used really contrasted with our paint making it look weird and that we'd like the water runoff to angle further away from the porch.
The very next day a crew was out with color matched paint and they did exactly what we wanted even though, at least for the paint, it was something they totally didn't have to do, they're roofing folks right?
Roofing is exactly what they did, a thorough and high quality roofing job with a follow up on customer concerns.

The Roof Medics, and their owner Daryl, provided great service at a reasonable price with a solid warranty. They were timely and professional, taking great care in completing our project. They worked around solar panels and the quirks of a historic home, and even covered our fish pond so no debris would get in. I purchased my home in 2015 and the prior owner had a warranty with Roof Medics on a section of roof that they did. I hired them to do the remaining roof sections two weeks ago on my flat roof areas with foam. Daryl and the team are very knowledgeable and showed up on the stated installation date. I am from out of town and I own a rental in Tempe. I called Trevor to take a look at the roof. He came out promptly, took measurements, took pictures and within a day, sent them to me with a quote. the quote was reasonable and he seemed very honest. He came out as promised and finished the job in three days. He took before and after pictures and immediately sent them to me. He had online payment, which was great since I was from out of town. WOWZA!!! Cannot express enough what a GREAT job Daryl and his crew did on our 480 sq. ft. back patio roof and the front of our home's roof. Even with them trying to do a COMPLETE do over on the back patio roof in all this monsoon weather, it was all done in a timely manner and done with such pride of their workmanship!

Originally I was going to get a quote from 2 roofers, one of which I used before and one recommended to me by a neighbor, after having rain damage several months ago.
