The order arrived before the promised delivery time. The food was hot and packaged very neatly (Barnes), which was very important to us. The delivery driver was quite courteous and professional. I hope they continue to add many more options. So glad someone thought aboutoffering this service in Savannah ☺

We ordered our food at 6 something. They told us a hr. &30minutes.. 4hrs later we still haven't gotten our food! We've called twice first time they claimed they were waiting on a driver, a hr. later we called back they claimed the driver just got to the place. By this time its 10 o'clock, and they closed. They're just now calling us back telling us they cancelled our order. Service sucks, I'll never use them again!

First time ordering I was delivered someone else's food. I called the number provided on the website and it took over 4 tries until someone answered. By the time I received the correct food, it was soggy and cold. Second time ordering (from Chili's) I received the wrong flavor chicken crispers. While Chili's is the one who made that mistake, the drivers should check the food before delivering. Will NOT be using this service ever again.

My first time ordering was a little confusing online, but once I got the hang of it, the 2nd order went a lot easier.
The delivery driver was very professional and the order came exactly on time. The food was hot and delicious, and it was great having food delivered from one of our favorite restaurants. My mother is home bound due to medical reasons, and it was fantastic that I could order her 2 meals online from the convenience of my Oklahoma living room. They also send me text messages of the progress of the food delivery so I know where It's at from beginning, to pick up, to delivery at her

After speaking with a very belligerent owner Korey Phillips, whom uses his wife as the registered agent, they were not willing to rectify an issue pertaining to 3.95. This is the second time we have dealt with this, and we are no longer going to allow others to be potentially damaged by this company. Not only did they not deliver what was promised, but also billed us for what was not delivered, but the receipt did not match what was taken out of our account. In our opinion, this is a company to run away from as fast as possible.

We found out about this service through a friend and tried it tonight we placed our order online for Spanky's which is our favorite restaurant and we got the food and it was still piping hot and perfect. The delivery driver was great and when we called to have something added to our order the girl was really nice and helpful. I will definitely be using this service again.
