Penn Pizza Restaurant
Each of our Penn Pizza Restaurants are family owned and operated, and have been for the past 10 years. We've been providing the Lehigh Valley with our Italian culinary experience for the past 30 years. Awesome, and as always, you find the real gems in the least suspected places, such as an office complex.

A consistent, even excellent choice when I am visiting the parents and feel like Italian. Best around when you want fresh, noncommercial Italian, and this coming from someone that lives in a part of New Jersey with a mom & pop Italian restaurant on every other block. Always order one of the specials, they are generally unforgettable.
Services
For over a decade, both of our Penn Pizza Restaurants are family owned and operated, and always will be. Experience the difference in quality, flavor and freshness that we have to offer. Our Cedar Crest location has been providing the Lehigh Valley with our Italian culinary experience for more than 30 years.
Preparing for an event can be quite overwhelming. But Penn Pizza Restaurant has been catering events across the Lehigh Valley for over 10 years, and can take the hassle out of the equation. We offer a variety of mouth-watering entrees that will surely delight your guests whether your party is large or small.

The best pizza and Italian food in the Lehigh Valley by far. Don’t trust these other reviews! I am an avid food reviewer. The same people giving Penn a 1 star review have given Taco Bell a 5 star review! I mean C’mon! Who trusts a guy who gives Taco Bell 5 stars. The ingredients taste fresh, salads are unbelievable, pizza to die for… My family will always support Penn Pizza.

Penn Pizza is my favorite pizza and Italian food restaurant in the Lehigh Valley. Their pizza crust is homemade and simply the best. Great variety of Sicilian and stuffed pizzas, too. But beyond pizza, their salads and Italian dishes are simply superb. My favorite salad is their Grilles Shrimp Salad and their fresh Mozzarella Salad. They have the best Penni with Vodka Sauce, and their Chicken Francaise is fabulous! They also make great sandwiches, especially their Meatball and Sausage Parmigiana, and Eggplant Parmigiana sandwiches. Save room for their homemade Ricotta Cannoli! I’m getting hungry

Please do not trust the other reviews and do yourself a favor. Unless you do not know good food. This place has horrible quality ingredients. I have been to Big Woody's In Allentown and they have better quality ingredients then this place. Not sure what kind of Italian family restaurant this is but the quality of ingredients is not up to par. The cheese pizza tasted like school lunch pizza and the pepperoni stromboli tasted so bland. I expect my pepperoni to have some pop which indicates the quality of the pepperoni also the mozzarella cheese tasted so watery I can tell they are cost cutting extremely

This is your cheese steak for $10.75? Are you kidding me? Your place is a rip off. Do not order from this place they will rip you off. Go to Giovanni's or Biaggios. At least they give you a decent amount of food! And here's a picture of the cheese steak from Cuzins on Tilghman. You should be embarrassed that you sell that sandwich!

Won't be coming here again, 1st time here. menu says one thing they charge you more, ordered a pasta dish, $15 paid $22 no explanation why, then I go back to pay for a soda $2 that's fine, they charge a 99 cent fee on top $2.99? ,they didn't say anything at all. I wasn't going to bother to complain, simply post my review to make others aware and never come back.

This is a new one for me. Decided to try Penn Pizza for dinner. Smelled great only one person in the dining room and four employees working. When we entered we were told sit anywhere we would like. After that nothing. No waitress, no menu's not even a menu board over the counter. We waited patiently, thinking they saw us come in, the only folks in the place and acknowledged us when we entered. After waiting for a good amount of time we left, not even a go to hell let alone sorry we will be right with you. I guess they have too much business to worry about. Anyway stopped at Lorenzos

Horrible. Been spiraling down the drain for a while. Barely any pepperoni on my pizza and I ordered ahead for no reason. Disappointed.

I really used to love this place. The food is very good, but I am getting annoyed with their business practices. First, they charge an extra dollar to allow the use of credit or debit cards. In my opinion, that simply is the cost of doing business in these modern times. My friends and family and I used to buy gift certificates, but will no longer do this as they will no longer give "change" (credit on the certificate for the unused portion - I'm not asking for any money, just the chance to spend what I have already paid for). And I could even handle that, I think, but it was

Horrendous customer service on the phone, pizza tonight was so off I thought I got the wrong order. I've eaten here a few times, but after this experience, it's going to be a long time if every I go back. Both pizzas were made wrong. It's pizza, how do you screw that up, but leave it to the guy making the pizza.

Penn Pizza has some of the best pizza in the area and also offers other delicious options to compliment the pizza. Their prices are a little high, but worth the few extra bucks on occasion. Their service is typically fast and friendly.

Got pizza here once before four years ago and it was great. This time, when I arrived not only did they not have one of my pizzas made - at all - but they wouldn't accept the coupon my husband texted me from the flyer. SUPER disappointed. At the very least take it as compensation for the order not being right - for making me wait another 15 minutes. Additionally, they put the extra sauce on the pizza that wasnt supposed to have it, so technically they got that part of the order wrong as well.

It's out of the way for us so looks like we wont be making that trip again any time soon.

Absolutely positively the BEST chicken piccata I've ever had! I ordered a small tray from the catering menu for a birthday dinner I had on 9/12/20 and it was more than enough for 8 people with some leftover. I will definitely return as this will be my go to meal for any upcoming dinner parties - just so delicious!

They charge everyone. 99 if you use a credit csrd!? The sign is not placed where the customer an easily read it, and the print is small so anyone can overlook it. The owner was extremely rude when I questioned an employee about it! This is a RIP OFF and I'm sure most customers are unaware of it unless they happen to look at their receipt!! Bad business practices. Would never go there again

WoW! This used to be our go to place for pizza. Loved Penn Pizza.
What happened here?

Staff were indifferent to me as I sat & waited for A pizza that was already finished & waiting to be picked up - no apologies.
Since when is it ok for staff to swear out loud in front of customers?
And the pizza - a completely different product than I was used to getting. It was dry with crust just like cardboard and lacking flavor.
I can get that in freezer section of the grocery store.
Being honest here - I won't go back.

Just got thrown out of Penn Pizza because I asked the owner while she does not require cooks to wear gloves or hats, could she ask the one cook not to be scratching his head over the food, She replied to never come back again, didn't give me credit for my food and I shouldn't park in handicap. Well I have a tag that says I can park in handicap and I also have had knee surgery and have a bad back, Maybe she should ask her "Chef" to park his Mercedes in a space and not park in a non-parking area., The only reason they are still in business is because they are a captive audience

Buyer Beware! We have been ordering take out from Penn Pizza for years, it is one of our favorite Italian restaurants in the area. We often ordered a large ham and cheese calzone (for take out) which was always in the $17-$18 range. There were two sizes available: a large-which physically filled a large pizza box and smaller one which was about half the size of a large. We recently ordered a small ham and cheese calzone and could not believe what was delivered. (see picture) So now when you order a small calzone you will be charged $8 and receive a calzone slightly larger than a pierogi!! Totally

What a dump!!! This place used to be soooooooo good. What happened? I went to the restaurant the other day and the pizza was terrible. It was luke warm in the middle and the cheese wasn't even fully melted. Service was great per usual but the food was lacking. Usually my family finishes a whole Pie. 4 slices were left over that we didn't even bother to bring home. Too many other choices in the Valley to come back and have an awful pie.

My wife and I have eaten here numerous times, mostly pub-style fare like cheese steak hoagies and salads. I was hungry for a traditional pizza pie and decided to dine-in. Perhaps the worst pizza I've ever eaten. $17.50 for a pie with two toppings that was inedible. A dry, tasteless, watery mess. Unsupervised kids running the kitchen who haven't a clue about making a decent pie. No wonder it resembled a ghost town on a Saturday afternoon.

Used to be a good place to eat, never again for me when there are numerous other choices available.

Um, how this restaurant has 3 stars is literally beyond me and is just a testament to the lack of taste of the majority of residents of the LV. (Uh, sorry... not really...)

My parents are New Yorkers. Born and raised in the City. I was born about an hour from the City and have lived there for a number of years. Long story short, I know what real pizza is supposed to taste like, and this is the closest darned thing you're gonna get in the Lehigh Valley.

I've probably tried at least 10 pizza joints since I moved here two years ago. Most are horrible. Some are passable. But this... this

HORRIBLE!! Waitress was one of the most unprofessional waitresses I've ever had. We had to ask for plates, she didn't check on us, very cold and robotic!!

I decided to take my wife and kids out to eat pizza for dinner and figured I'd try a different location. First of all we ordered a gyro pie and regular pie. We waited 15 minutes and the gyro pie came with a whole head of lettuce shredded on top! I tell the waitress what's this?

She said that's how the gyro pie is made! I ask her to show me where on the menu does it state it comes with lettuce? She walks away, don
