Intuitive Hypnosis
Hypnosis will help you help yourself! With practice and dedication this will be a skill that will enhance all areas of your life on a daily basis. You will learn that the hypnotic phenomenon is not magic, not occult.

The basic process of hypnosis is fairly similar regardless of the subject at hand. I have found that 90 minutes to 2 hours is ideal for most purposes. Tobacco Cessation sessions require more paper work and more in-depth discussion than regular sessions. For this reason, Tobacco Cessation sessions are 2 hours.
Or, in a nutshell, NLP is the influence of language on our minds and our behavior. Since hypnosis is all about behavior modification, combining NLP techniques with hypnosis makes them both more effective. Together, you and I will complete what is called an "outcome frame." We will examine how you think about your beliefs and values and how you create specific emotional states from your experiences, and how you give them meaning.

Weight loss is the most common reason people call me at Intuitive Hypnosis, followed closely by those wanting to quit smoking or reduce stress. Almost everyone who is overweight has tried a variety of diets and eating plans.
If you are ready to make positive changes in your life and quit using tobacco, the use of hypnosis can give you that extra bit of help and encouragement to ensure success. As a former smoker, I know first-hand what it's like to "be in the mood" to quit, and then, despite your best intentions and your best efforts, you just can't kick the habit.
I think everyone experiences a certain amount of stress in their lives. Is there such thing as a healthy amount of stress? If so, how do we define that "healthy level", and is that healthy level for you going to be the same healthy level for me? So how do we determine how much stress is too much?

Easy, if it is interfering with your quality of life and you find yourself engaging in harmful behaviors to cope with your stress, such as smoking, drinking alcohol, working too much or too little, withdrawing from loved ones, or feeling depressed and overwhelmed, then you are more than likely "stressed out."The dangers of long-term untreated stress can be quite serious.

Just go! If you've ever had the idea of going for hypnosis, but weren't sure if you would be comfortable, or if you had doubts about if it would work, let me tell you.....
There can't be anybody on earth who had a bigger sweet tooth than me. I like ALL kinds of candy, cookies, pie, cake, etc. and I would eat it constantly, every day. I decided to give hypnosis a try, but I was skeptical. When Debbie first told me I would lose the desire for sweets, in my mind I thought "yeah right". But it really was like magic! After my first session a few weeks ago, I have not had any desire at all to have sugar
