Our mission is to deliver physician-led, team-based comprehensive acute, routine, preventive medical care to the adult populations of the McKinney, Prosper, Frisco, and surrounding areas with the goal of helping our patients to live longer, healthier lives. The rod of Asclepius is the accurate symbol of health characterized by a rod and a single serpent or snake. Asclepius is the Greek God of medicine, son of Apollo. He is often depicted with a rod and intertwined single serpent. He was known to be a hero and healer of humankind. The rod of Asclepius symbolizes the commitment of Physicians of Medicine to medicine by physicians.
2. Look for our invitation to our patient portal in your e-mail box (check junk mail) and complete the registration process. If your last practice has an electronic medical record, then check to see if you have access to your records through their portal. If you can't get the records, just make a request to your clinic and come see us.

Dr. Reyes is amazing! He genuinely cares about your health and well-being, current and future. He may emphasize a lot on weight and being active and eating right, but after following his regimens I feel great. He helped me and my husband lose more than 30lbs each. We went from having horrible lab results to outstanding results. He also educates you in everything good or bad so the choices made are not taken lightly. His staff is also great and very helpful! We never have to wait to see Dr. Reyes (longest wait I think was like 5mins) and we haven’t had any issues with billing or paperwork.

Dr. Reyes is the absolute best! & the gals that work there are wonderful as well! Dr. Reyes truly listens & takes the time to educate you. He's helped me get through illness, is helping me lose fat (8lbs down so far 🎉), and most importantly I have my energy back!! For 6 years I've complained to a few doctors about my fatigue and I've just lost hope.
