A virtual assessment IS NOT a replacement for an on-site chimney inspection from one of our professional chimney technicians nor is it a safety assessment. All Pro came in after we'd met with another company we were set to hire, but Kenny incredibly professional, blowing away the competition. He was knowledgeable and patient in explaining details. He generated an estimate on the spot that was very fair and specific. On the appointed date, Rodrigo came in and rebuilt the chimneys on our North Bethesda Georgian colonial, and he did an amzing job! The brick colors and tones are an exact match as is the mortar, and the craftmanship is incredible. Our chimneys look perfect! I have been trying to have them come out to covert our fireplace to gas since October. They kept promising that someone would be in touch to do it but 2 weeks would go by and nothing, so I would email again. This went on and on since October and now they have just ghosted me - not responding to my last 2 emails.

This company will not provide any estimates -- they charge you for an
INSPECTION whether you'd like an inspection or not. We need masonry repairs on a chimney/fireplace we do not use, and the person that answered the phone noted they do not provide estimates for work, and only AFTER a $190 inspection, would they provide an estimate for any repairs.
If you have an obvious job, (like external masonry) take into account that your estimate may come back outrageous after you've paid their $190 fee; so you'll start out in the hole almost $200 any may not have any work done at all. Sounds like they

My partner and I scheduled and had an appointment with the company on Friday, November 5, 2021. For starters, our appointment was between the hours of 1-3pm. A technician arrived in the morning, stating he accidentally came to me first because he got two addresses mixed up. I've been trying to work with AllProChimney since July to repair our chimney, install a gas insert, and rework our surround and mantel. After the initial consultation, we waited weeks (to months) with no response to our (multiple) attempts to contact our rep, and we've waited two weeks now for a quote for our unit selection and basic repair work with still no response (after we called and texted three times!). We have since figured out (by reading the manual and remeasuring ourselves) that the unit they recommended won't even fit our fireplace opening! And they haven't even tried to talk to us

We've been waiting a month for All Pro Chimney to look at our gas fireplace, which isn't working. The appointment was scheduled for today (finally) but they cancelled just now because their technician was not available. There was no other appointment times available and no manager to speak with. All Pro Chimney has cleaned and inspected our fireplace in the past but didn't foresee this issue and apparently isn't even able to stop by to try to address it. We rely on our fireplace to heat our back room in the winter. This morning the room was 54 degrees.

Great work by All-Pro Chimney Service. They removed the original crown and a layer of cement another company installed 2 years earlier. After that they laid a new crown with crack resistant concrete and pointed up the top 3 courses. They completed the work timely and cleaned up the site beyond my expectations. I appreciate their professionalism and they were priced very well. They get my highest recommendation. Attached are below and after photos.

I have an older, gas fireplace that was not lighting properly. All Pro Chimney was fast to respond to my query. Allan showed up and diagnosed my issue on a Friday. He ordered/secured the needed parts and returned on the following Tuesday. Allan was very professional and respectful. In addition to replacing the old parts, he cleaned the fireplace area and provided new embers. Once completed, the fireplace worked perfectly and looked great. Great job, fair price.

I used the company for an issue with my gas fireplace. I feel that the technician, Allan that came wasn't very knowledgeable about troubleshooting. After trying one part that didn't fix the issue, he then proceeded to tell me it could only be one other part that would cost a total of
$500. Not sure I said I would think about it. I was able to find the part on Amazon for $120. Once I had it installed by another company I was still having the same problem. After further troubleshooting that tech found that the problem was a switch that was purchased from Home Depot for less then

I'm not sure how I found All Pro Chimney, but I'm glad I did! We had a pre-fabricated wood burning fireplace with a brick façade. Dennis and his crew tore down the old structure and installed a Lennox gas fireplace with a cultured stone veneer façade. We love it!!! We continue to use them for our annual maintenance/inspections. Dennis is knowledgeable, trustworthy and goes above and beyond! I have recommended Dennis/All Pro to several friends. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement. After purchasing my dream home I was in the market to resurface my fireplace. By no means am I "traditional" in anyway so my fireplace needed a major facelift. Four calls and two consultations later to other chimney companies; I couldn't be more happy i found All Pro Chimney. Who knew it would be so hard to find someone who is as trustworthy as they are skillful. They weren't the cheapest but I've learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. They were professional and offered a large variety of stones to choose from. I'm very indecisive (Gemini all the way)
