I went on this tour this morning and it was super fun! The crew was informative and funny! I enjoyed Heather (captain) Julia and Cody! The crew is super attentive and helpful!
I was hesitant to go on this tour, because I usually like smaller groups, but even though there were quite a few people; it was relaxing and felt well taken care of.

Captain and the crew of the Quicksilver are very friendly, engaging.
Captain was interactive and shared much information about Hawaiian islands.
As soon we boarded they served a big breakfast muffin. Served water now and then.
They gave ample time for snorkeling and the crew was helpful.
We saw dolphins and though whale watching was not part of the package, the captain waited and showed us the whales.
For vegetarian lunch they gave salad, I would appreciate some other dish but the purpose of the trip was snorkeling and dolphin watching and we enjoyed it so I didn't regret the lunch.

Took the whale watching and snorkeling tour yesterday afternoon. What a wonderful experience for our multi-generational family of 10. The check-in and boarding process was efficient; the equipment was in very good condition; the staff was amazing! I realize that not every tour will see as many whales, false killer whales and other wildlife as we did. However, what really made this tour (and I would think all their tours) special was the passion the captain and all staff exhibited for the marine mammals and environment of Maui. We all agreed that this was the highlight of our trip and we will never

Incredible snorkelling excursion off of Lanai- crystal clear water, healthy reef, and beautiful fish in a secluded dive location! The crew was equally incredible- friendly, helpful, and professional. Captain Paul shared an impressively detailed knowledge of local geology, biology, history, and culture. He was also a talented comedian, good timing and not overly cheesy!

We booked the 'Lanai or Turtle town afternoon snorkle tour' with Quicksilver. When we were aboarded the boat, I asked the crew are we going to Lanai or Turtle town, I didn't get a clear answer. As we were 20 minutes into the trip, I asked again where we are going, one of the crew member told me we are not going to Lanai or Turtle town, but somewhere else due to 'weather condition'. Later on I found out they took us to Honolua bay, which is 10 mins drive from where we live. It's ironic that we went down 30 mins to Lahaina harbor to board the ship which eventually takes up back to where we live.

We were EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with Quicksilver. This was our first time to Maui and we were excited to get the opportunity to go on a boat and to SNORKEL ON LANAI. (That would have been the highlight of our trip).
Upon boarding the boat, everything was fine; we were excited. Within 30-45 minutes the captain announced that THEY CANNOT GO TO LANAI DUE TO CHOPPY WATERS.....Our hearts dropped, What a disappointment...Instead, they took us to TURTLE TOWN... Still disappointed, we tried to enjoy the time..We saw a few turtles; we tried to make the most out of it, but IT WAS NOT LANAI. The day before

First off, the crew of the Quicksilver are both hilarious and attentive to requests and needs from passengers. Captain Paul was a great host and full of knowledge and information regarding the Hawaiian islands. He was professional and made sure safety was always a top priority. The crew made everyone feel comfortable and provided snacks, beverages and laughs throughout the voyage.
Totally worth the time and highly recommend.

People soup. They coral you in a small area with 120+ individuals. Impossible to actually snorkel without bumping into people. And when you would swim away to make room for yourself. They would wave you in that you are too far from the group. Food was terrible. Lettuce was old and wilted. Almost wet limp noodle looking. Definitely wouldn’t do this experience again. You could pretty much park off the highway off from where we anchored and swim out to where we snorkeled. Saving you a nice dinner for yourself with what you spent. 1 ⭐️

We took the Lanai Snorkeling & Dolphin Encounters excursion out of Lahaina early this morning and I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants to snorkel in the waters of Lanai's Manele Bay among a wide variety of tropical fish and corals.
You'll also have a chance of seeing a number of Hawaii's aquatic mammals on your journey. We saw breaching humpback whales, bottlenose dolphins, spinner dolphins, and even a rare and endangered Hawaiian monk seal.
What made the trip even more memorable and enjoyable, though, was the first-rate captain and crew. The were knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and fun
