Our fleet consists of 25 ambulatory sedans, 10 wheel-chair accessible vans that can fit up to 3 wheel chairs. All vehicles are 2015 and up and a majority of the cars are hybrid since they are a better choice from an environmental standpoint. I am elderly and have taken Black Tiger many times for several years to medical appointments and have had many drivers who were professional, punctual and considerate.

Black tiger is one of the few companies that put their heart in everything they do. People don't realize that transporting patients is not as easy as everyone thinks. Sometimes things happen that make them be late for a patient. they have drivers that get sick and call out. they have patients that are not ready when they go to pick them up and make them be late for the next pick up. there is accidents that make anyone wait in the freeway for sometimes hours. Not too impressed they are often late and sometimes take too long to get around due to transporting more than one person at a time. Many extra trips and uncomfortable because of privacy issues. If another passenger is in the vehicle and driver arrives at my home then this stranger becomes aware of my address and name. Sometimes a passenger may have offensive body odor. I prefer to be the only person in the vehicle along with the driver.

I was driving in El Cajon on my way to a doctors appointment as I am currently eight months pregnant. It was about 9 AM in the morning there is no traffic it is only me and I am driving down a 2 lane rd and I am in the right lane. This driver decides to pull out in front of me causing me to slam on the brakes for no apparent reason. He was in such a rush as if there was a reason to be speeding through the streets in the morning. Someone endangering my life for no reason.

You know that there is an accident waiting to happen when you observe 2 incidents involving the same company by different drivers at different times of the day in different areas of town. Anyone who utilizes this company should be of forewarned that you are taking your safety and possibly your life into your own hands. Drivers display extreme road rage and hazardous methods of driving - tailgating, cutting off motorist and pulling out in front of oncoming traffic causing the other motorist to slam on their brakes and swerve to avoid hitting them. I don't know what prescreening this company does

Driver just dropped patient off in the lobby for a 5 minute procedure at Palomar Hospital and left patient with an envelope in his lap with the wrong companies name and number. 2nd time in 1 week. called company and they were rude and didn't know when the driver was going to be able to pick the patient up to go back to poway healthcare center SNF. very unprofessional. patient was very weak. I would be ashamed to work for this company.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I work at a skilled nursing facility and we HAVE to use Black Tiger Transportation due to many of our patients' insurance. This company is unprofessional, always late, never have the right equipment or even vehicle. Crystal the "Supervisor" didn't want to take responsibility for any of these issues today. Instead Crystal only said sorry and that they can send someone two hours prior to the appointment wanting to leave our resident in the wheel chair for that long of a period. I work at a hospital and we have outpatients scheduled who are transported to and from here. Today we had a patient dropped off at the front doors and had no idea who transported her because they left no information for us. They didn't talk to our front desk or give anyone any info about how to contact them once we were finished caring for the patient. They literally just pulled her out of the vehicle and left her. We had to call around and eventually found out the transport was Black Tiger. From what I have seen today, not only is their work ethic unprofessional but incredibly

I was in my lyft when i saw this car, it was the lane next to us on the freeway when i noticed the “hows my driving sticker”, the car put on its signal to change lanes but wasnt looking and gently slid againt my lyft, after that he just immediatly got off at the next exit, i didnt see the vehicle number but all i know is he was doing a ride and that driver was didnt know how to drive, straight up. so when i saw the google reviews it just made alot of sense. i feel bad for my driver cause his car had some dents but definetly got scratched. dont use this company, just read their old reviews its

Witnessed an fender bender today at an intersection in La Mesa. Driver ran, what he said was a yellow light. He started accusing me as a witness conspiring with the lady that got hit, because we had the similar cars. Very unprofessional, he didn't have to say anything and wait for the police. And prior reviews, confirm a history of accidents. Would give zero stars
