After trying unsuccessfully to get my Hyundai Santa Fe into the dealer, I took my vehicle to TMS. Logan was very friendly and responsive to my problem. Although he was short handed that day and couldnt give me a lift back home he called Uber to take me home. My car was fixed and he even advised me my battery was several yrs past the expiration day but no hard push to purchase another one. When I asked about my tires he said they would be good for another season. I had been told by another company two yrs ago they needed replaced then! Glad I didn't listen to that person. I had taken my Honda in for an inspection and O2 sensor replacement. Scott was very helpful and was keeping me updated on my vehicle. He informed me they were busy and would need it for the day and he got it done as promised. My fiance also took her Nissan in for brakes and he got us in and taken care of. Chick-Fil-A meets automotive shop. Can you have a favorite mechanic? These guys are the nicest people you will ever meet. They have always done me right, even if it means they don't do some expensive repair. You get a sense in which they genuinely care about both you and your car. If they don't do a service, they direct you somewhere you can--and that you can also trust. They are the only people I would trust with my vehicles. As long as I am in the KC metro area, they exclusively have my business.

Tms auto is the best. Been with them for several years. I have went to a couple of other mechanics but at the end it's Money money, money and your car is still not fixed. But tms stands behind their work and they will get your car fixed and fixed right. Customer service is beyond excellent. I'm sold!!!!!!!!!

My car was having an issue with water getting into my spare tire compartment in my trunk. I called them in the morning and spoke to Scott instantly he came off as a trust worthy person and was willing to get me in that same day. When I showed up to the shop one of his employees(didn't catch his name ) helped me out and he was very nice and knowledgeable. He found the issue and got it all fixed up for me . My family has known Scott for very many years. I took my Corvette to them with a number of issues. All issues were resolved at a more than fair price. I have taken many automobiles to Scott or Logan over the years. I would not trust anyone else with one of my automobiles that are not under warranty. They will always take photographs of major issues and send them to you prior to working on it. They are one of the few places that I would trust with something so important as my automobile and my family's safety in such.

TMS Auto is a trustworthy and reliable maintenance shop. Scott & Logan have such a calming presence both in person and over the phone. You never feel like they are giving you the run around or trying to bait you into work that isn't actually necessary. I have been notorious for not taking very good care of my cars. My Toyota Corolla was not an exception. Took our company's delivery vehicle in for a thrown spark plug yesterday around 3:30pm. Got a call around 5pm that the work was finished and the total price came in UNDER the estimate!

Enjoyed going to this place. The guy at the front desk, I believe his name was Caleb, was very nice and dos a great job informing me about what was happening with my car and letting me know what the progress was as I was waiting. In the waiting area they had complementary coffee that was above average, and not overly priced snacks. The service was quick (about 30 minutes for an oil change) and the prices were about $10 less than anywhere else. They found a very minor problem with the shocks of my car. I was advised to come here by a long term business associate and friend . The mechanics and techs were very helpful and kind. My vehicle was just ending warranty and it's a German import . Took my daughter's 2005 Vibe in for all manner and means of services. Scott and his staff had every opportunity to "sell" anything and everything. While the total bill was about $850, that included a complete diagnostic, a new battery, a new axel, bearings, and boot, fuel injection cleaning, cleaning the throttle body, and analyzing the fuel system, transmission and power control module.
