If you are looking for a client focused IT team Magnitech is it. We came in on Wednesday this week and our office was down from internet to printing to scanning it was a mess. I opened a ticket and immediately Jake called and rebooted which seemed to be the problem. Had to open another ticket and Jake called us and spoke to comcast. They decided to have someone come out. Joe came to office and got us up and running fixed everything and had everyone test. We appreciate how these guys care about their clients. This is a great company to work with. Great job Tim and crew. Five stars for sure

They've been an asset to our business this past year! Competitive prices in the managed IT space with fantastic employees. We've had customers at the pharmacy approach Magnitech employees thinking they work at our store, and they kindly guide them to an *actual* employee while continuing to do their work in-store. A great IT firm I highly recommend for any small business spending too much time trying to do it themselves.

We have been with Magnitech since 2016 and have had excellent service from them. They are extremely responsive which helps us save money by reducing downtime. We get great personalized service from everyone there, technicians to the owner, and are very pleased. They have streamlined our new hire equipment purchases and how we onboard new hires. They have also helped our firm implement DUO sign in security, web filtering, malware and firewall. Great experience with Magnitech!
