Do not visit this office. This dentist is out for your money. I ended up going to another dentist and had to get a crown and root canal after having a filling replaced on a molar and it was painfully sensitive to cold for three months filled by Dr. Thompson. He advised the replacement of my metal fillings on my bottom molars. The dentist who did my crown and root canal said she would have advised me to leave my fillings alone and to only replace them when I absolutely had to. He and his staff will keep saying to you that they are offering the most "conservative" treatment just to keep

Always the best service...and the best team! I moved to Lucas/Wylie area 4 years ago....still drive to their office because I trust in their work! Also have been taking my 6yr old there since her very 1st dental appointment! They are very kind and patient with her!

While I have used Scott Thompson for regular cleanings for many years, it has been especially over the past couple of years, since I turned 50, that inevitably I have needed more intensive dental work. I just completed a several month long process of deep cleanings, tooth extractions, root canals, and crowns that culminated this morning with a follow up visit to tweak my partial to make sure it fits snugly without any pinching. I am thrilled with the final outcome. Not only does Scott make me feel at ease with his kind yet candid dental chair manner, as a perfectionist myself, I am very impressed

Hadn’t been to the dentist in several years and needed to make an emergency appointment, and Dr. Thompson’s office got me in immediately. He was so helpful and explained everything to me so clearly. Dr Thompson and his team took excellent care of me then and they continue to take excellent care of me and my teeth Year in and year out.
My December check up found some cavities.
I waited until January when I would again Have dental insurance. Dr Thompson got me in and got my cavities filled and I feel great again.
His staff always greets me with a smile and call me by name.
I don't worry when I see Dr Thompson. He and his staff are caring, friendly and professional

I love this office! I was one of those that was afraid of going to the dentist. I was super nervous my first time to see Dr. Thompson but both he and his staff made me feel super comfortable and welcome. Dr. Thompson explains things in very simple terms and really works with you on any treatment plan. I work in Richardson and live nowhere near his office so it is super convenient to go on my lunch break!

Dr. Thompson & his team are like family! They are always cheerful and know me by name. I feared going to the dentist before I came to Dr. Thompson’s office & they always make my experience a comfortable one. They are also equipped with the latest technology in dentistry! Every time I visit, it seems like they have a cool new gadget! He is very reasonable on his costs, and will work with you if you need to make payments. BAD experiences with Dr. Thompson. I won't return. This dentist searches for the most expensive method of resolving dental problems and recommends unnecessary procedures. $$$$ Every appointment is another high pressure sales pitch. Plus, his billing and insurance clerk made one mistake after another. Basically, screwed up my insurance claims and caused delay after delay. They just don't care.
