Dena joined the team as Transition Coordinator in 2021 and is thrilled to share the magic of the. Mahvesh joined the PRESTO(R) team in 2019 and assists with marketing, social media and event. Pam knows there are many choices and decisions to make when moving yourself or a loved one. Joanne is a full time Realtor with years of experience helping clients buy and sell their.
We are not your standard real estate company. We are a real estate service focused on helping you, your parent or someone you know transition smoothly to their next home. We learned through many years of experience that there is often a great deal of confusion and anxiety when moving out of a home, especially one you lived in for many years.
PRESTO(R) is here to make sure the move from your current home to your new home takes place as smoothly as possible. You might be downsizing and will not be able to take everything with you. After many years in one home, it is difficult enough to leave, let alone decide what to keep and what to let go of.
What if your home is not in the best shape? This is one of the biggest worries that our clients and their families have. Over time and with age it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain a home inside and out. Our goal is to get the equity out of the home and into your hands quickly. We will advise and arrange for any necessary repairs and preparation, but will not recommend anything that isn't needed.

Moving my 93 year old Mom to a senior living facility was a stressful step for both of us.
I was waiting alone for the movers to arrive, and was immediatley reassured when Tim and Josh arrived, cheerful, and with complete knowledge of how to move her furnishings in a professional and careful manner.
Driving two hours to the facility, I was met by Maria, another Presto staff member...she was wonderful. Once the furniture arrived, she helped to make the bed, hang up pictures, arranged furniture so that when my mom finally got to see it, it looked like home.
I cannot say enough positive things

Luisa worked with us to make a plan. She arrived on Tuesday morning and began packing and was soon joined by Mary Grace. Within just a few hours they had everything identified and labeled. As promised our new home was set up and boxes unpacked on Thursday by 3:15 pm. Luisa sent a follow-up email the next day explaining some decision she made for us. We're delighted we placed our trust in her experience. I would recommend Presto to anyone who is moving. It is simple, precise, and affordable.

Luisa arranged and communicated with the movers. She helped us pack and move our father's apartment, and she set up his new apartment in one day!!! She was professional and caring through the entire process. We couldn't have done this without her. I would highly recommend Luisa and the Presto services!

Lisa was a lifesaver!! My mom sold her house in Lisle and needed help sorting through a lifetime of belongings and purging to move down to Florida. In less than one month, Lisa helped her make all of the necessary decisions, schedule movers, coordinate the transfer of her car, donate furniture and other household items and clean out the property to prepare for closing. I honestly don't know what we would have done without the help. The only challenge we had was that the property was not left in acceptable condition for the buyers and we had to pay a little extra. All in all, I still give 5 stars

Could not be more pleased with Lisa and her crew of professionals Mom moved to an assisted living facility which uses Lisa's company for relocation services. Presto came to her condo with the floor plan for her new place, helped her decide where items could be placed, next day were there to pack, third day all items were placed in her unit down to pictures on the walls! Totally patient, totally professional. Lisa even supplied market evaluation of her condo in a no pressure manner. She made a very taxing time of in lives a lot easier to deal with. Very great full for their help.
