I'll just start by saying that every piece of vintage jewelry in this shop is more beautiful than any other I saw in all of LA. So there's that. Then there's the fact that this shop is run by some of the nicest most enjoyable humans in all of LA. Not only do I absolutely adore my ring, I had an amazing experience here as well. Basically the dream situation for a newly engaged gal! My husband bought me a ring for the holidays and Kim was very kind and understanding in assisting us. She kept us informed throughout the whole process. The ring only took about a week to be made and she offered to ship it via next-day UPS and we ran into some issues with UPS, but we called Kim and she was very accommodating in resolving our issue.

He helped my fiance pick out the perfect band to compliment my engagement ring, and went above and beyond to get it to us in Philly within 2 days. But Eliza took the time to help me make an informed decision on a custom engagement ring. We went through copious details while selecting the right stone, metal, and design. In the end, my wife loved the ring so much, she went back for a matching wedding band.

If you're looking for something unique for a great price, then I can't recommend this place enough! Wonderful customer service. My fiancé bought my engagement ring in rose gold from T&H. We didn't know until a few days later that I was allergic to rose gold. They allowed us to send it back to see how they could help fix it. They got their top people to figure out what to do without hurting the integrity of the vintage 1920s piece. They ended up completely redoing the shank in a yellow gold that still looks like rose gold free of charge to me. They even gave me a loaner ring

They have been so helpful in helping us select the best ring for each editorial. Their ring selection is also to die for!
