The most wonderful jewelry store I've ever been to. What an experience. My fiancé and I got engaged two years ago. My ring is absolutely stunning. Kathy really is the perfect person to help pick out your dream rings. She is knowledgeable and isn't pushy at all. Tomorrow we're going to pick up our wedding bands and I am so so so happy that this is where my fiancé ended up purchasing from. 10/10 would recommend.

Bridal Rings Co did it again, 24 years later! We initially purchased with Kathy 24 years ago for our wedding, came back 20 years later for a new set (after I accidentally ran over my ring- ladies don't ever take your ring off to put lotion), guess who's still there to help us -

I would give them 100 stars if I could! Paula was so helpful and knowledgeable, and went well above the highest standards for customer service. She helped me find the most beautiful, elegant, perfect diamond to upgrade my wedding ring. Then Jay set it in my ring in only two hours! And my wedding ring was more beautiful and sparkly then when it was put on my finger 23 years ago. I would not only highly recommend them, I will never go to any other place for my diamonds. I am so happy and satisfied and grateful for all their help. They go far and beyond in their customer service.

The best. We met with a lot of jewelers and Jay and Paula we're by far the best. Super transparent about prices, and the process. I had a picture of a beautiful diamond ring from a high-end jewelry store with an outrageous price tag. They made the ring for less than half the price with even better quality diamonds. Their diamond prices are better than those online (i.e. bluenile) and the customer service is perfect. I highly recommend chabo's!

Went to Bridal Rings Company to get my engagement ring resized as well as change the band. My fiancé bought my diamond here and I was amazed by the quality of it. Ned, Lance, and Kathy were so sweet and easy to work with. I told them exactly what kind of band I wanted and within 5 minutes, they showed me 3 options and I fell in love with the first one. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained why certain bands are the way they are (e.g. a thicker band will make your diamond look smaller than it actually is). Paula made the experience of picking out a ring SO MUCH FUN! We had something in mind when we showed up for our appointment, and Paula was able to find something even more beautiful for us. I recently discovered that a small diamond on the side of my engagement ring had fallen out and the round shape of the ring had lost its shape again. I emailed Jay directly and without hesitation or question, he offered to service my ring and fix all the discrepancies at no cost to me.

I brought my ring in and within an hour it was returned to me sparkling and in perfect condition. The reshape is perfect and you would never know there was ever a missing diamond on the side.
