I was told by your call center supervisor that it was Renew Financial and that is all I need. I do not need to get license numbers to prove my case. Maybe you should investigate who is out there fraudulently using your business name if your claims are true.
Magically the calls have stopped since my complaints.

Worst company ever !!! Do not do business with them, please stay away !!! I have never heard about these type of loan until our mortgage bill increases significantly, with my due diligence in what I've gathered, a construction company processed a claim loan against our property. Apparently, they process everything electronically so the construction company was able to hack all the info needed to get in and complete the process with them as being us. With that being said, the construction company made a dummy construction company who only to process claim indicating they will be completing

Applied for a solar panel loan 1 month before my contractor was ready to start the project, Renew called me a couple days later to ask me to give them screenshots of my mortgage statement which I provided. Didn't hear anything back for a couple of days, emailed and left voice messages to ask the status, they did not respond. almost a month after the project is done they call asking me if I still want to move forward with the project. Very unprofessional. They don't really value your time.

Do not be fooled by these fly by night companies. They will charge you an unbelievable amount of fees, your interest rate will be near 10% if not more, and they will attach a lien against your house. There is a class action on going in Southern California due to the fraud perpetuated by these “green” finance companies. I just caution anybody to read the fine print, and ask yourself why they do not care what your credit rating is. It is because you’ll spend the next 30 years paying the loan off, and if you miss a payment.... no worries, they’ll begin foreclosure proceedings against you and

Less than 1 Star. We paid off our loan after two years. Robbed us blind. THEN took our tax lien payment. Instead of refunding us immediately (it went to them electronically from tax assessors office),we were told in no uncertain terms that we would not receive refund until October AND and no interest attached. It's now the middle of November and they are still collecting interest in my tax payment. Why are they holding my money? Why? It's completely paid off in March 2019!!!
I have filed a complaint with BBB and CFOB (consumer fraud). I hope like hell they shut this "business"

Waste of time, They mess up all the paperwork, string you along, charge high fees then can't deliver as promised in their contract. You end up dealing with a minimum wage employee who could care less. AND THEY RUN YOUR CREDIT AND DAMAGE YOUR SCORE. Stay clear unless you are really in a jam and have water falling into your house.

Took 1 year to process a refund. Then they took out a fee for their horrible service. This company hides behind an adminstrator named David Taussig and associates which sole function is to act as an obstruction and provide mis information for this company.

Had gross problems with our contractor, Canopy Energy, a company that sparkles on the web--but left us wondering how they could possibly get that "sparkle." A representative from Renew Financial got the right personnel to get involved. Even then, there was a wave, a strong tendency, to cultivate us into being complainers. The Renew Financial somehow established a better network of communication between its own executive branch and its own front line employees who seemed to be doing a deliberate job of screwing the work up--really and noticeably. I am a contractor that used Renew for a pace loan.
The job has been completed for 2 months and the we have not been paid.
No body at renew will return calls. You can t talk to a live person.
I hired a lawyer and sent them a demand letter. No response.
They have let go many people in the company.
Maybe going out of business. If you use them you also may lose.
