I worked with Tom and Lily at FloorCraft for a kitchen remodel project. They were fantastic, and the experience was flawless. Everything arrived when they said it would, and Tom provided excellent contractors (Roman Marble) to install the Cambria Quartz. Lily did an amazing job at providing me custom options and recommendation to meet my appliance needs and make our dream kitchen a reality. A+++ job. I highly recommend Floorcraft for the purchase of floor tile. Chris Dawson was very helpful in every way, including in expediting receipt of additional tile and bullnose when I had mis-measured floors and needed additional tile right away to keep my installers working. Friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused.

Mixed reviews on the experience with the tile department. The selection is great and the sales guys have good recommendations.
Their ability to match order needs with square footage is lacking. They’ll significantly over order for the space and accept no responsibility for waste. In our particular case, we have 25% excess; however, the tile used for the job matches the square footage on the order. We still have 25% waste. What?
They will even refuse to confirm if their order was the issue and simply blame the customer. Could be better in a highly competitive space.

Came into the store last week to get a new carpet for my room and I left happy. A young man towards the back took his time explaining the different carpets they had and pointed me to a sales associate to complete my buy. It’s so much easier when you have the correct help when someone gives their time.
