Harbor Village has been a great place to live. It's a quiet complex, with mostly professional, military and retired residents, super close to all the shopping centers, beaches, and downtown Newport. The apartment and appliances were exceptionally clean at move in, and Karli and the rest of the staff have been great.
The apartments are better maintained than most private rentals and other complexes. The gas heater is super warm and efficient. There's plenty of parking. Also, plenty of washers and dryers (as long as you don't go on Sunday night). I've never seen the dumpsters overfilled, or dog

We loved living here and are only moving to be off the island closer to my job, with the professional and prompt staff and the lawns always being perfect. The dog park my doggie enjoyed and the pool we loved in the summer. During a hard and strange year with Covid they have always maintained professionalism and put their clients first. Highly recommend. Well priced and always clean.

I lived here for two years and when I had official orders move on november 4th, 2019 and i turned in my Intent to vacate the same day. But because it was turned in 4 days late due to military orders. Harbor village did not accommodate this and is charging me and extra 4 days pro rated price for the apartment even if my lease was supposed to be up on November 30th, 2019.

I am beyond disappointed with our 2-bedroom apartment here at Harbor Village. My boyfriend and I moved from a 1 bedroom and never had a problem since we moved to the 2 bed its been a nightmare. The staff hasn't followed through on basic maintenance issues, they do not communicate and there is a complete lack of leadership and understanding of what anyone is doing.
