I loved living here! The apartments themselves are very spacious, clean and newly renovated. Every time I had a question or issue the staff was always extremely quick to get back to me with a solution and even followed up afterwards. Everyone here including the residents are respectful and kind. I have recommended this apartment complex to many people and will continue to do so!

It started out well. I liked the apartment. I moved in. I had a good experience. After a few months I learned that the price doesn't match the quality or the value at all. You'll be paying a lot of money for minimal apartment and quality . I'm so happy to be moving out. If you accidentally pay one thousand and four hundreds 1,400 dollars , instead of one thousand four hundred and ten 1410 dollars, they will come after you like you just missed the whole months rent . The owners are extremely petty . I left the apartment cleaner for them than they left it for me , but I still got cleaning charges

The apartments themselves are descent enough. They're pretty expensive for what it offer's, but good enough I guess.
I've lived here roughly a year and 2 months, I moved here for work with my wife.
My real issue is maintenance issues (not the maintenance employees themselves). The buildings & equipment are ancient, and the water needs to be shut off at least 2-3 times per month, often times more (5+ time in a single month?)
We often lose hot water for long periods of time, often with no notice.
At this point I have had no heat for 3 days and am still begging / threating the staff here to address

Overall, we were happy when we first moved to East Bay Village. Our first experience with the office staff was great and they made it seem like a luxury apartment. Unfortunately, this was not the case once we moved in. We lived at EBV for approximately a year and a half. This was not by choice (personally we would have moved much sooner if it wasn't for my wife's job).
Throughout our time at EBV, we experienced many problems. The fire alarms seemed to constantly be an issue. They were always testing (which did make us feel better) but it seemed like this was more constant than normal.

I've been a resident of East Bay Village for many years since retiring from the U.S. Navy. I've been very happy here; quite simply, it's a nice place to live. The front office staff are very welcoming and helpful; the maintenance staff are superb. They work very hard throughout the property and respond promptly when I have maintenance needs, even after hours if it can't wait. Finally, there are upkeep/upgrades going on throughout the property during good weather; during snow storms the plowing and snow removal process keep things safe. Highly recommended!

I love living here! It's close to everything on the island but without the headache of the Newport traffic in the summer. Everything here is taken care of for you so you don't ever have to worry about anything. The office is always open and helpful and the head of maintenance is fantastic he really cares about making people comfortable and happy in their home and is always willing to do whatever it takes to achieve that. Overall I am very happy here and would recommend living here to anyone.

I have worked on the island in Newport County for the past 7 years. My first two years I've moved each year due to inadequate living spaces or expensive rents... until I found East Bay Village.
I've lived at East Bay Village for over 5 years and loved every minute of it. Parking is very ample -- my friends always have a place to park when visiting and even then there are many left over spots. The grounds are AMAZING. In the summer time the campus is in its full glory with flowers blooming and well tailored grounds by the grounds crew.
