Been here for over 10 years, It is not what it used to be.
As we understand this is HUD which requires every asset of income to be reported. There is no financial privacy, The neighbors are OKAY most of the time but I have seen some obnoxious people blasting music that can be heard from the parking lot, people sitting in thier cars blasting music as well. The machines in the laundry room sitting with water in it in need of figures for as long as 2 weeks at a time. I can’t wait to move out of this place. Nobody has any respect for anyone. From the constant banging upstairs (I think not having carpet makes it worse) to people screaming outside our windows fighting & arguing all hours of the day. No one considers the fact that there’s children and babies around. No matter how many times the cops come for a domestic or disorderly, or how many times the office is notified, nothing gets done. I can’t believe the kind of people they allow to live here. Management is terrible. They talk a big game like they won’t put up with nonsense but they do nothing
