Nevada Pain
Nevada Pain provides quality care to patients with acute or chronic pain conditions as a result of surgical procedure, injury, disease or disorder by offering pain management services including state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging and testing, comprehensive evaluation, friendly consultation, effective treatment and follow-up care.

Nevada Pain was founded by Dr. Paul Lynch and Dr. Tory McJunkin who are among the best regionally and nationally in rapidly evolving pain management services and treatments. They are joined by Dr. Stephen Gephardt whose specialty is anesthesiology and pain management.
Services
Pain Doctor and Pain Medicine explained by Las Vegas, Summerlin, and Henderson Nevada's Top Pain Doctors. Pain is unquestionably one of the greatest existential problems of mankind. Saint Augustine once remarked that "the greatest evil is physical pain, " and C.S. Lewis, in his book The Problem of Pain wrote, "If any man is safe from the danger of under-estimating this adversary [pain], I am that man."
Our patients often tell us how helpful it is to read past patients' reviews before booking their own visits. We're always eager to hear what you liked and how we can improve. We'd be grateful if you would take a moment to share your positive experience by reviewing us online. The below reviews are from Nevada Pain patients that have given us permission to share their feedback.
Depending on your pain condition, your activity level may be limited, causing you to lose independence. For some, this can result in depression, anxiety, and irritability. If you are experiencing pain, you know that it is more than just physical; it can affect your life in terms of emotional, functional, and psychological aspects as well.
Primarily, our physicians, nurse practitioners and staff truly care about and are compassionate with our patients. Our clinic has over 100 years of physician pain management experience. We are the only clinic in town that provides inpatient hospital care on an acute, chronic, and post-operative basis.
More than a quarter of Americans suffer daily from acute or chronic pain conditions. For Nevada Pain, it is imperative that we not only implement proven minimally and least invasive techniques, but also translate approved research findings into appropriate and effective prevention, management, and treatment strategies for our patients.

Incredibly disappointed at the lack of humanity and compassion displayed by the front desk receptionist. We waited over 3 weeks for an appointment for my bed bound mother who is a cancer survivor with a detached femur, spinal compression fractures and fractured knee who is in severe pain. We found out last minute that the stretcher transport company was unable to secure transportation due to the holidays so we rushed in getting my mother out of bed, into a wheelchair and to her appointment. Due to the last minute rush, we were 5 minutes late and I forgot the new patient paperwork. Not one person

Over the years I have seen plenty of quacks & charlatans, but doctor's Gephardt & Antflick, as well as their PA's, are genuinely caring & knowledgeable professionals.Their staff members are always friendly, patient, courteous & professional. It would be much easier for me to go to the closest pain management office to me, but I would not receive the best care that is available.
Without the doctors, staff and crew here at Nevada Pain Care I, as well as many others, would again be forced to deal with Doc's (and their PAs) who are only in it for the money, not the patients well being.

Great compassion and care. Dr Stephen Gephardt recognizes and understands pain and seeks the best way to manage my pain as it pertains to me. I am a person and I am treated as such.
If you have true need for treatment, this man will help you. His waiting room is not filled with people waiting on a script. Appointments are timely, his staff professional and thorough.
The office building is new, clean, with elevators, located across from the hospital, in a safely well lit building. It is easily accessible with ample parking.
Overall, this is a 5 star experience for which I am eternally grateful

I would give it more stars being that the front office staff is welcoming and the wait time isn't very long but I don't like that I feel like I'm in a cattle roundup after seeing Dr. Gephart( whom I love) I've been passed off from one PA to another I don't get that personal feeling/relationship that I seek from a doctor I've been burned by a doctor that came in high reguards. The recent PA that I've seen twice has no bedside manner and when I've asked a question she gives me a look as thougad a 3rd eye she's very detached and makes descions and tells the staff that she talked to me about it which

Been in pain management since 2010. Moved to Vegas in 2018. The staff and doctors here, are incredible. Truly. They listen to you, are quick to respond to your questions and phone calls. Will do all that they can to get you referrals and they take your pain seriously. I will never find another pain management as wonderful as they are! I will miss them dearly as we have moved away .

Anastasia Van Leuvan, PA has the worst bedside manner I've ever encountered with a physician. Cold and impersonal. Couldn't be bothered is her general demeanor and behavior. Mother is a patient and she has had very good experiences with the other doctors in the office. She has chronic pain and is a regular patient. Anytime my Mom is saddled with Anastasia, we are sorely disappointed. Great front desk customer service. Dr. Antflick and Eric Travis, PA are wonderful. Exit/Scheduling staff are rude and rushed. Dr. Gephardt should audit his team and only keep the team members that will bring

False Hope. It took a month to get in. He was the first doctor to actually examine my source of pain. He told me he thought I should see a specialist and the problem could be fixed. Finaly wahoo it's been 7 yrs. He TOLD me he was sending out two referrals for me and two prescriptions to help me out. I called every week for five weeks about both the referrals and the scripts because i heard nothing back about either. Each time they told me "Oh I am sorry it doesn't look like we have sent it yet. I will have the doctor do it right now" Nothing . Nada. Waste of my time and money. I cancelled my next

Anastasia Van Leuvan, PA has a very poor disposition. She's barely verbal, cold and generally disconnected. Unfortunately, between her and scheduling/exit team, it gives this office a poor environment. Seen Dr. Antflick and Eric Travis, PA and had excellent experiences. Front desk crew is very good too. If they let a couple of these poor performing team members go, they may get much more patient satisfaction.

Everytime I enter the office I'm greeted with a smile, a hello and the paperwork required. Everyone knows my name and if I ever have a problem, the staff either can fix it or will direct me how to. There is normally 10 min wait time between the time you turn in your paperwork and getting called to back to the exam rooms. Everyone & everything is clean & professional. I have never had a pain management doctor who cared as my h as Doc Gephardt has. I drive from Boulder City (just about) to the office every 4 weeks 18 miles 1 way. Yes, the drive is worth it because everyone who works there is polite

Of course having things like rheumatoid arthritis and peripheral neuropathy are going to get me sent here, as maintaining my level of pain sometimes requires true professional help. If you utilize this place as it's supposed to be used you'll definitely find relief and help from a huge number of pains, ailments and nuisances that might bother you. Working behind the desks are a number of very professional and pleasant ladies, all I believe are very good at their jobs and work diligently to get you ready for whatever services, appointments or needs you have.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not go here or if you do - do not think this doctor, front desk staff, or PA's care about your health and well being. They are petty and will withhold your medical records if they do not like you personally. Where are their professional standards of care. I thought Doctors are supposed to do no harm - but when petty mean girl behavior from them is involved all of that goes right out the window. Dr. Gephardt and PA's you had better be careful because the unprofessional and medically harmful behavior of the front desk staff and their juvenile antics are going

I would not recommend this facility. After numerous surgeries and complications I finally made it to my final post op assessment which was almost a month after final surgery only to be told that my provider had left for the day. I have literally never met the Dr. and was pushed onto a Physicians assistant, who more often than not, was more interested in expediting my appointment and pushing me out of the door. I have spent a lot of time and money coming to the conclusion that I should have gone elsewhere.

I have been with NV Pain Care for almost 2 years. I can remember my 1st appointment with Dr. Adam Anflick. I went into the room to see him. He never had me do any test's to see how much pain I was in. I didn't even get asked to touch my feet. I had been in pain mgmt for year's elsewhere and thought that was strange. He didn't order an MRI either. He promised that they wouldn't lower the mg dose of my current medication. They would continue me with what I was getting. One of the first things they did was to lower my dose. I complained about Dr. Anflick. They switched me and my roommate to see Dr

I'm a long time, chronic pain patient who has been suffering from numerous complex issues. Which apparently was of no concern to this office because after filling out bundles of paperwork (both online and in their office) and being unbelievably submitted to a urine test before even seeing a doctor, I was eventually seen by a nurse practitioner (on my initial and final visit). Which was not only a complete waste of time, it was also extremely painful and degrading. Under what circumstances does any health care provider require a urine test from a new patient prior to even being seen? I could

Dr. Gephardt saved my life. I have a rare painful neurological disorder called RSD (reflex sympathetic dystrophy) or CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome) and my previous pain doctor told me I was too complicated to help and just wanted to sedate me with narcotics. This landed me in a wheelchair as my disease progressed. I called 12 doctors before I called Nevada Pain and each one had no idea what my disease is. When I called Nevada Pain the receptionist had me speak to Dr. Gephardt over the phone. He was amazing and actually wanted to help. That was 2 yrs ago and I went from being in a wheelchair

I have been seeing Dr. Campbell at the Buffalo office. Dr. Campbell himself is a very caring individual. However my experiences with the office have not been so positive. The very first time I was scheduled for a shot in my hip I went to the Durango Outpatient Surgery center. I was there on time. I waited for 2 hours before I got in for my 5 minute shot. Also, I had to tell them repeatedly that I was not receiving anesthesia. Now I know that may not be Dr. Campbell's fault, but when I stringently complained I received an earlier time and did not have to wait at all.
Then there was a

For those of you looking for an Extraordinary Pain doctor in the Las Vegas and Henderson area, I highly recommend Dr.Neville F. Campbell, Anesthesiology, and Pain Management, at the Wellness & Pain Care Center.

What I liked is that he patiently listened to me, as I explained my medical concerns. I was in so much pain, after so many surgeries on my Rotator Cuff. I was concerned about finding a good doctor after relating here from Texas. These are a few reasons why he is extraordinary.

In addition, his office staff was welcoming, and professional. Dr. Campbell treated me as a valued patient

I am so glad I found this place! I was in pain for 3 weeks straight. I had a severe bulging disc that was preventing me to walk, let alone sit for any period of time, & it was really getting in the way of my everyday life. I was told by 3 other places that an appointment would take 2 to 4 weeks! Here at Nevada Pain they took me in as soon as possible which was 4 days later. I met Dr. Gephardt after a 45 minute wait & he was amazing. He talked to me about many options, he asked me a lot of questions, his great personality & bed side manner were above & beyond. He even referred me

I don't give 5 stars easily but Dr. Campbell is the rare find. He's knowledgeable, caring, and willing. He'll never make you feel rushed or not heard. Chronic pain can be difficult to treat but he will find the best plan of action for you. He is no longer with Nevada Pain but has his own practice called Center for Wellness and Pain Care.

I started seeing seeing Dr. Campbell about 2 1/2 - 3 months ago.
I had been seeing another pain clinic for over a year and going nowhere. Nothing was getting approved from my insurance. I felt like I was in a circle unable to jump out. As a single mom always in pain and having headaches all the time and running kids all over every day all day it's not easy to be in pain and be patient especially when you have a child who needs patience with issues of her own and two teenage girls.
My Regular doctor said it was time to move on which I was thankful for and sent a referral over to Nevada

I have been a patient with Dr. Campbell for 8 months, he treats me for Trigeminal Neuralgia from a work comp injury. Every visit I fill out the paperwork and it is actually read. Dr. Campbell Is knowledgable about the 5 years of treatment contained in my medical file, which translates that he took the time to STUDY my file.
Dr. Campbell DOES NOT start my office visit by grabbing the chart off the door, flying into the room, having not, in the month I waited for my appointment, the hour in the waiting room once even opened my file to check test results, pain levels or what medications he prescribed

I have had chronic back pain since 2008 and I've bounced around to a number of different doctors because of insurance changes, because we moved cities, and because I refuse to allow any doctor to treat me poorly. Unfortunately, these days that seems to be par for the course when talking about pain management doc's. I've seen a few here in Vegas that were absolutely horrible. Dr. Campbell is the opposite. He's kind, caring, attentive, and everything you want in a doctor. He was warm and welcoming, he answered all of my questions, he paid attention to what I said, and he allowed
