I've been a patient of Dr Lee for over a year now and he's by far the best pain Dr I've ever had! Dr Lee guess above and beyond what any other Dr does. While I was in a Tele-visit with Dr Lee my video kept messing up, so Dr Lee hung up and called me instead because he's a real true bonafide Dr.
I highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Stay as far away from this place as you can. They do not answer the phone, and take days to return voicemails if they ever do. Then they violate your HIPPA, completely humiliate you, refuse to do the procedure and tell you to reschedule, and then when you ask to reschedule, totally ignore you. Then delete any and all record of the horrible visit, but manage to bill the insurance company and receive payment for the terrible treatment. Seriously, the worst doctors I've ever experienced.

They take time to truly evaluate you and care about their patients. They are not just pill pushers they look at what is best for the condition that the patient has. I felt truly listened to and cared about when I met with the doctor. This goes for all the staff. And this is on every call and every appointment so far,

Well today I had radio frequency of my neck the burning of the nerves previously I had this done a year ago... And I had no pain for a whole year and now it's back and over but today they did both areas c four five and six again... Thank you prime med I would highly recommend you... The doctor is great but it is a nightmare to get through to scheduling. Even if you leave a message good luck on them calling you back any time soon. I have waited for 20 min to over an hour and 20 min to reach scheduling. In the medical field they should at least answer and ask to put you on hold because you have a certain number of calls before you. This place is ridiculous to the point I have to find another pain management doctor.

I've only dealt with Dr. Lee and he is great but the office staff needs help. I've been there 3 times and then I met with him on 8/1 and he said they will start the process for another procedure and on 8/8 I called and found out they never submitted for my procedure. I've been in severe pain everyday and waiting an extra week is unacceptable. Then on 8/10 I get approval from insurance and was told to call office to schedule procedure. After 56 mins waiting for someone to answer the damn phone ( totally not acceptable!!), they look and put me on hold again for another 2 mins. Then

I Am a Spinal Fusion Patient . With New Insurance & then Convid 19 ,. I was directed to this a Practice . I got lost in the new patient we will get back to you hoopla . To make matters worse because I had been getting nerve shots to help w/pain relief prior to ,. About every 3-4 months , slowly w/o them my condition worsened ,. Barely getting around many days ,. Life is Presently difficult but , I push thru the Pain. Well my wife said u cannot continue to just call w/o response let's drive there. Well the lead nurse /supervisor greeted me friendly . Saying the doc was in a big procedure

I went to their Pecos location and the receptionist was beyond awful. Didn't care one single bit about doing her job and only wanted to gossip with the other workers.
My doctor, on the other hand, was great, though I barely got to spend any time with her because the receptionist refused to do her job.

Dr. Lee really Takes time to listen to your needs. I've been through at least seven pain specialists over the last 12 years. Past doctors want to continue injections, nerve burning, morphine pumps etc that previous doctors have tried. It's all about the money! I was with Dr. Lee prior to him leaving bc he didn't like the way The other doctor treated patients and the office staff was full of girls doing absolutely nothing except looking at their phone And feeling bothered by some of the questions I had for them when making a new appointment.

This place is like none other I've ever been to. No one ever answers the phone there. You wait 30 min. And then they ask you to leave a message! And maybe 4 days later they call you back. Even to make an appointment! I've been to a few pain management facilities and this one takes the cake. I have a severe degenerative disc disorder which I was told about in the early 90"s. I have had 3 cortisone shots here plus burning of the nerve on my lumbar spine. The x ray report didnt say mild to moderate any more, it said SEVERE! It is very painful. My tramodols. 50 mg., were not working

Have been going to this practice before they changed the name and moved to this location.
I have seen the PA's and Nurse who are very nice and always professional!
I have had Dr. Mohajar do many back procedures. He is awesome!
And Dr. Breskin (not sure how to spell his name) He is the anastheoligist who I prefer Everytime I go and have something done.
After every procedure they make sure you are ok before leaving, and give you instructions on what to do and what to expect.
They recently started doing procedures there instead of a surgery center which I like much better, the surgery center

Dr Franco Lee is an amazing provider. He takes his time with you to ensure he answers every question and even shows how your spine and how certain things are happening and how to possibly help you. He has great bedside manners and great with kids.
Office staff is okay. They are not the brightest or happiest. I can definitely say there are only two I like but since Dr Lee is amazing I will continue to come.
