I can't say enough good things about the lunchtime fitness class Billy offers! I feel challenged but the class is appropriate for any fitness level. They provide a much-needed break from my office chair which seems to be attached to my backside most of the time. This past year was tough, and Billy's classes continue to get me through the week.

There are millions of trainers and gyms in the world! Millions of people that know everything there is to know about training and their craft. However, there is something that many of them are lacking that Billy has, it's a special aura about him that makes me want to come in and train with him! I actually get excited knowing I get to train with him on a particular day!
Services
ANABO means "ignite" in Greek. All you need is a spark and your body will take care of the rest. Our workouts raise your resting metabolism in a short period of time forcing your body to use stored body fat for many hours following. Hour long, traditional exercise is valid, however our program minimizes your time in the gym so you can spend your valuable minutes elsewhere!
Through years of meticulous research and individual study we devised a set of standards that, when combined with our strength program promotes good health and helps to engineer a stronger, fit body. There are 9 standards. The more of them you incorporate into your nutrition, the healthier, leaner and stronger you will be.
ANABOfit is an exercise program designed to improve your strength in steps. It conditions your mind and body to get stronger. Together we determine your Fit Baseline. You determine your individual goals and the FitLevel you want to accomplish, Fit1, Fit2, Fit3, Fit4 or Fit5. From there we will provide the most efficient path.

Anabo is unlike anything out there in the fitness industry. Not only does everyone get personal attention from a trainer but the price is also of a regular gym membership. The program is designed to grow with you as your fitness level increases. For people that want a good workout and instruction for them to get to their goal all while doing just an intense workout for 10 minutes a day, then this is it.

Great Gym! I like having a planned workout as soon as I walk in the door. The workouts are smart , fast and I feel great when I leave there. Exhausted sometimes, but in a good way. Since joining, my cardio is better, my strength is better and overall I just feel better. Thank you Billy !!

This isn't just a gym. It's focus is transformation - transformation into the healthiest, strongest YOU possible. The workouts are tailored to your fitness level in the beginning and Billy gives 110% to make sure each and every client reaches their goals of true wellness. He takes a genuine interest in his clients and works hard to ensure they get the best out of every session. It's never overcrowded and there is a good mix of different fitness levels so you never feel out of place.

Wow! I love ANABO! After seeing the amazing results of Billy's program for a friend, I was convinced that this was the gym for me. After talking to Billy, I couldn't wait to get started, and I'm so glad I did!

The program is designed to start you at YOUR level and then continues to challenge you. I'm always so surprised when I accomplish the next harder exercise!! I've never been particularly athletic, so being able to progress through both the agility and strength sections is amazing to me. I've never felt self-conscious at Anabo - everyone, no matter their ability

Last year at this time, I was in the worst shape of my life. At the urging of a friend, I finally made the commitment to walk through Anabo's door and that was the greastest decision I have ever made in regard to my health. The circuits are designed to let you grow at your own pace, but still challenge you at the same time so whether you are barely pushing your limit or going to the extreme Billy's guidance, coaching, and motivation will make you WANT to strive for whatever YOUR next level is. There is no easy path to fitness, but Anabo will help you navigate your own route toward

I started going to ANABO three years ago when I snapped a plantar tendon and had to stop running. Billy was able to structure a workout around my foot problem that still allowed me to get the intense workout running had previously provided without further injuring my foot.
Training with Billy is an experience that goes beyond the workout. He not only pushes you to your maximum physical potential, but will instruct you on nutrition and stimulate your mental acuity. Even when you are not taking one on one classes with him, if he sees you performing an exercise wrong, or not pushing yourself hard

After several surgeries for cancer I went to Billy and asked him to help get my health and strength back. Billy evaluated my fitness level and started me on my journey . Every week we do something a little different . I feel 100% better , my strength and stamina have improved greatly giving me that " NO STOPPING ME NOW " attitude. Each workout takes me forward at a pace that I can handle with more results in less time at the gym .Perfect for us older crowd with a desire to be fit.

I honestly cannot say anything negative about Anabo!!! I started working out at Anabo 3 years ago and CANNOT see myself doing anything other than this. When I first started working out at Anabo I was in the worst shape of my life and was not happy with myself. I had tried several other workouts prior and had failed. I am extremely pleased with my progress (Started at a Fit Level 1 and now at Level 5). I have lost 52 pounds and have gone from a size 14 to a 2!!! I look the best I have ever looked and even stronger than when I played NAIA and Division I tennis in college.

After several yeas of inactivity, I took my health into serious consideration. I quit smoking and with in the year gained more weight than I care to admit. After hearing several co workers raving about this gym and trainer they were going to, I decided to check it out. Billy evaluated me, welcomed me, encouraged me and came up with a custom training schedule that I could follow and FEEL!!! I always leave the gym feeling empowered and know that I'm heading in the right direction physically. The gym is with in walking distance from my office and because of the training plan, I can get in and out

I have been training at Anabo Fitness for five years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The workouts are tailored to me and have helped me to get and stay in shape. The nutritional programs also have helped me to figure out how best to approach my nutrition goals. I would recommend you check out this hidden gem in Virginia Beach.

Absolutely amazing facility. Billy is there every day to make sure you get the most out of your work outs. He has such an amazing passion for truly helping each individual reach their highest potential. Wouldn't trade this gym for any globo gym any day!!!

Anabo is the perfect gym experience for me. I'm not the best at just going to the gym and knowing what to do - I need help. But class schedules offered at most gyms do not work with my schedule. The Anabo 9 minute workout is perfect. I usually do 2 each time I go, in and out in less than 30 minutes so I can go in the mornings before work. The workouts are different each time I go so I don't get bored and most importantly, I can definitely FEEL it before I leave. Billy is awesome to work with and this workout system he has created is really amazing. Do yourself a favor and try it - trust me!
