We will attempt to contract with other smaller plans, however, unfortunately at this time Humana will not open their panel to us. Please bring your insurance ID card to every visit. We also require that you verify your address (it needs to be the same as the one your insurance uses).
If you do not bring your card or update your address that is your choice, but rather than spending hours tracking down the correct numbers, you will be held responsible for the full amount.If you are not convinced of the need for insurance and have opted for a healthshare of some sort, then we can still see you for cash and you can request a statement to submit for reimbursement.

Let me tell you, I have avoid visiting the doctors unless I absolutely need it as none of my experiences have ever been pleasant. However, this all changed after I visited this practice. Getting an appt was easy. I got two friendly reminders of my appt one at 1 week prior and one a day before . My check in was the smoothest with the amazing friendly staff and my appt started right at 1pm as it was scheduled , not a second late. I was in and out in 40 minutes on a woman annual exam. Dr Cheri is absolutely wonderful. This is what healthcare should be like and hopefully other doctors can take a lesson
