Southwestern Chiropractic and Wellness Center is thrilled to welcome Dr. Thomas Rios to the team. We hope that this addition will allow us to accommodate our loyal patients who need to be treated urgently due to injury or pain as well as scheduling your friends and family members that you so kindly refer to us.
Dr. Joey Dudrow calls Wylie, Texas home, having lived in "Wide Awake Wylie" for three quarters of his life. He attended school in Wylie ISD, graduating from Wylie High School as a Birmingham Scholar. During his time at WHS, Dr. Dudrow was active in band, and served as That Wylie Band's drum major. Joey attended Baylor University, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
Dr. Ghalambor is a fellowship trained, double board certified Interventional Pain Management graduate of MGH, Harvard Medical School. After completion of Medical School, Dr. Ghalambor first did a residency in Internal Medicine in the hospitals affilitated with Montpellier University in Montpellier, France.

Good clinic and friendly staff. I do not appreciate that they charge you a cancellation fee if you reschedule. One thing if you completely cancelled but for rescheduling, that's ridiculous. To me this suggests they are more focused on the money than customer service. Treat your customers right and they'll reward you with good patronage.

I’m a regular at Southwestern Chiropractic. My back use to cause me so much pain, after seeing Dr. Rios I feel better than I have in years. Not only do I see Dr. Rios but now my 6yr old goes and my husband. My mom has also seen Dr. Rios several times! I definitely recommend Southwestern Chiropractic to anyone and everyone!

The best chiropractic service I have been to in 10 years. From the understanding of X-rays, to giving excersices/advice outside of the office to help any issues. The entire staff is kind & helpful. Dr Rios is awesome & has already made a large impact in my ailments in a short time! Highly recommended!!

This place is wonderful! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I just love it. The front desk staff are welcoming and kind. Appointment reminders come via phone and email. Staff is very adept at working with insurance companies. Dr Rios is efficient and thorough. He works my entire spine every time. I love that he cares enough to ask about members of my family when I go in. The ladies in the back room always go out of their way to make sure you get the individualized attention you need and you never lay there waiting for someone to see to your needs. The office is clean and comfortable
