Kaitlin is so amazing I don't know where to start. She gracefully helped us plan throughout covid and made our wedding the most absolutely perfect day anyone could ever ask for. She is responsive, professional, and overall amazing. At the beginning of the planning process we didn't think we needed a planner but in the end we don't know how we could have done it without her. I could not recommend working with Kaitlin and her team enough! She helped us coordinate our multi-day wedding, which included a Hindu ceremony and a traditional western ceremony with a reception. My (now) Husband and I were very intentional about finding a wedding coordinator for our summer 2020 wedding. Although from California, we both lived in New York while wedding planning and it was important to us to have a planner that knew the Carmel area, that could be our eyes and ears while we were away. We began working with Kaitlin in fall of 2019 and were immensely enjoying our calls, in-person meetings, and overall experience with Kaitlin. We interviewed a lot of wedding planners and we are so glad we picked Kaitlin. She did a fantastic job of making our vision a reality. She left us with nothing to worry about on the day of our wedding and made sure that every detail was checked off of the list. I do not think words can ever do Kaitlin justice. I had less than 7 months until my wedding and was so stressed and frantic about planning the big day. Kaitlin came highly recommended by my photographer. Kaitlin was an absolute lifesaver for my wedding day! She handled all of my month-of details and day of coordination. I love planning and planned most of my wedding - but let me tell you by the time the big day was a month away, my brain was completely fried. It's has taken me two years but we still have not forgotten Kaitlin and all she did to make a wedding a wonderful one. There are no words to describe how wonderful Kaitlin and her team were. I never had any intention of getting a coordinator , but quickly realized that we were not having the easiest time communicating with our venue and we were in a little over our heads. POP was amazing to work with! This review is for two of their services:
I initially saw their photobooth at a friend's party in the SF area and assumed that it would be way too expensive to have them come down to LA for my wedding. My friend did the research for me and it was less than what I had guessed. Our guests said that one of the best things about our wedding was the POP photobooth. It was unlike anything they had seen and in just 4 hours, we had 600 photos. It gave us some hilarious souvenirs to go through post-wedding.
