We work with educators, mental health professionals, and families seeking culturally responsive strategies to protect and enhance children's emotional well-being. We offer psychological assessments, educational resources, trainings, and workshops to those wishing to support healthy behavior change in children.

Mawule believes it is important to acknowledge her salient identities and their impact on how she arrives in any space. Mawule is a Black woman with two immigrant parents and professionally she is a school psychologist and behavior analyst. She uses her behavioral approach to identify and mitigate the impacts of compound racial disparities in the U.S. education system.
The Key Consulting Firm provides mental health and educational consultation to clinicians, educators, and communities. The Key addresses the systems of racial inequity and injustice facing children in schools. We train and develop service providers to deliver effective, substantive and sustainable education, with respect, empathy, and compassion for the children's lived experience.
With more than a decade in the field, our passion is in intersecting the fields of behavior analysis, school psychology, and social justice, with a primary focus on inequity within disciplinary practices at the preschool and elementary levels and beyond. Our overarching goal is to reduce conscious and unconscious racial inequalities in the educational system and helping professions and to educate professionals on how culture intersects.
The Key's goal is to provide The Keys to using skills appropriately, handling a patient caseload, improving outcomes, and essentially thriving as an analyst. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), our founder, Mawule A. Sevon, offers a Help the Helper approach by providing supervision to behavior analysts seeking licensure.
