I had quite of few problems and if I were you I would avoid.
First off MS Kubis-Benedetto was unprepared. We had to wait a half an hour after our scheduled time while she printed off documents.
As we went through the documents, I noticed that the price was not correct because it did not include the $2500 discount, we had negotiated due to faulty windows. She loudly announced that "this was a total disaster" and spent the rest of the closing, making and taking phone calls, trying to focus the blame of this mistake on others, instead of focusing on our closing.
When we got to page 2 section

Use this title company. They are awful
I used them last May in the closing of my house. They made over a $2,000 mistake during the transaction. Furthermore, we made an agreement I would pay them $300 a month and continue paying each time
They cashed my checks. It took them over 5 months to cash my first check. It has now taken them over a year to cash 3 checks. And they are keeping the money. I was informed they never have given the seller his money that I have been paying them. Please. Please. Do not use this company. I have been dealing with a Mary Lee from the company.

Danielle C. at Two Rivers Title Co. is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. After a grueling, dragged out home closing of my mother's estate Diane became involved late in the process.
