What a book! This book was amazing. It's specific in its content and it's topic. Inbound marketing and specifically, how to have customers chasing you and not the other way around. It's all about becoming a. Money in the Streets. This was basically an autobiography, where the author uses his life stories to get across some teaching/personal growth ideas.
Buying a home? You need to be certain that the seller is the true owner of the property and that no outstanding issues damaging title carry over to you. Because if there are problems with the title it can restrict the use of the property and ultimately result in financial loss. That's where Green Label Title can help you.

Speaking as an attorney and a client, I've never worked with a title company that is more expedient, service-oriented, and accommodating as Green Label Title. Need a rush order turned around? They deliver a binder at lightning speed. Need to schedule a next-day closing because a mortgage lender took its sweet time with underwriting? They will fit you in. Need signatures from three different parties, each in a different part of the State because the attorney on the other side of the deal has been out to lunch all summer? They pulled that off for me today.

I have great experiences with Green Label Title!! I work for a mortgage company and we use Steve Green and Green Label Title as frequently as possible. They take just days to get the title binder to us and have great communication with all parties in a real estate transaction. They don't just send emails and wait for people to respond, they are proactive and make calls and reach out to get the job done. I definitely recommend them to anyone purchasing or refinancing their home for title. Give them a call!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with this company. They made a mistake at closing that caused a major delay. The owner, Steven, was very unprofessional and arrogant and did not or would not do anything to go out of his way to help. I hardly ever give bad reviews but I can't in good conscience recommend the use of this company mainly because of its owner and the unprofessional way he conducts himself.

The lender was a nightmare and Green Label worked tirelessly to get everything done and spent way more hours after work on my file than anyone should reasonably expect. They promise to do a good job and seem to take great pride in keeping that promise. I have no hesitations about using them and am happy to recommend them.
