Hypnosis, also referred to as hypnotherapy or positive hypnotic suggestions, is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration. Hypnosis is usually done with the help of a therapist using verbal repetition and mental images. When you're under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed, and are more open to suggestions.

Hypnosis can be used to help you gain control over undesired behaviors or to help you cope better with anxiety or pain. It's important to know that although you're more open to suggestion during hypnosis, you don't lose control over your behavior as most believe. Being afraid of driving on the highway is one of the most common things that I help people overcome.
Hypnosis is a method used to enable you to totally relax your body, which in turn relaxes the conscious mind so that you can gain access to your subconscious. In other words, you enter a trance state or altered state of consciousness. We go in and out of different levels of trances during the day and also while we are falling asleep at night.
I'd like to help as many people as possible start feeling better, whether it's by helping you overcome anxiety, conquer panic attacks or improving your self-esteem. Let's not let geographical distances be an issue! Once we start our hypnosis session, your eyes are closed and the only communication between us is through voice, so hypnotherapy is perfectly suited to be done remotely.
