Been going here for 20 years.. y'all need to get your act together.
1) Take out order was ready 20min before scheduled time which equals cold food.
2) Chicken Parm and eggplant parm are different. 3) Spaghetti and meat sauce does not mean spaghetti with meatballs.
4) 3 pizzas does not mean 2 pizzas.
All on the same order.
Like I said, I've been coming here for 20 years and only in the past 4 years have I had issues becoming a constant. AMAZING FOOD AND GREAT ATMOSPHERE and it's sad to see it going down hill.

This is sad for me to write as I have been going and ordering out from Pizzazz for over 10 years. The last three orders have been incorrect, extra side marinara forgotten and the last three pizzas were not good- light on sauce and super light on toppings. I ordered double pepperoni and it looked even more skimpy than a single pepperoni.
Three strikes- sad

Visiting from out of town and ordered a LARGE pizza for $23. Was floored when my driver handed me the box with a 10” pizza inside. Pizza was decent even though it was cold, but $23 for a 10” pizza?!? I assume a small is a single slice of pepperoni? In the end, I spent $52 after delivery fees and tip on a tiny, cold pizza and four soggy terrible stuffed peppers, and that was after waiting nearly 2 hours. Never again.

The the restaurant itself was great. I had some very good veal parmesan. The problem was some of the other customers. They had children running around, yelling, almost breaking glassware and we're totally ignoring them. Not the restaurant's fault, but definitely clouded my experience. Service was very good!

1. Your employees are not masked and there is still a pandemic that may ramp up again. Our children are not yet vaccinated and it is risky and unnecessary behavior for food, eaten by children, to be prepared by unmasked employees.
2. Your $15 “large” pizza was medium sized and mediocre at best. Costco’s is much better and cheaper.
3. The $9 salad consisted of iceberg lettuce, some grated cheese and a few (2-3)small pepperoni slices. It did not include dressing.
That’s three strikes and you’re out.
We tip well so your employees will miss us.

First I want to apologize for anyone who saw my original review, and thank Chris who was very prompt in responding. This was NOT the Pizzazz I received a poor experience from. Pizzazz on the circle is one of my favorite Pizza spots in my area. I was at this location about 2 weeks ago right before going to a WWE event, it was a Friday and the bartender was our server, even though she got slammed with guests she made sure we were taken care of and got us out in time to make our event. Thank you guys for caring and please keep doing what you do best!
