Had to get my car dropped off overnight the week of thanksgiving not knowing they would be closed for the week. They were incredibly helpful the next morning when realized what happened, and even took the liberty of bringing me my keys to my home before they left town and referred me to a different shop down the road if I did not want to wait the week for them to re-open. But I had heard such great things about this shop, so I went ahead and left it at the shop for them to look at first thing Monday morning. And they did! I called them about an hour after they opened and he told me the regretful

I just realized that I haven't written a review for Joe's after a decade of bringing all my family's cars to him. Joe is a gentleman who knows cars extremely well and his mechanics are top-notch. We trust his word and his work. All the people working there are friendly and knowledgeable. Very convenient location, as well. Prices are fair and we've always been pleased with the speed with which our cars are repaired.

Needed a new water pump..brought my car into joes and from the start, they were kind and attentive. after getting a quote of 557, i called don and harolds auto and they quoted me 850!! an additional 300 bucks!!! i will be bringing my car to joes from this day forward! honest, reliable and fast service!

Nice Pa and Son's auto shop. I needed my alternator swapped out on my 2010 Honda Accord. I started to do it myself, but was getting frustrated because I didn't have the right tools. I'm glad I took my car to Joe's shop. Had my alternator replaced, and my car was ready to go in a couple hours. He gave me a great price and didn't try to sell me on other unneeded repairs. Ill take my vehicles back to his shop whenever I have problems.

Joe is the only place I trust for my car. A lot of places will overcharge and make up things that your car "needs".
You won't find that here. He's honest, reliable and will not try to make up things telling you your car needs this and that. He will tell you what your car actually needs and that's it.
I've been going here for many years and will remain a reliable customer!

Joe was great. My daughter is a new driver and had some work that needed done. I was trying to teach her how to engage with a shop. Everyone here was on board. Excellent communication and all the customers that were their picking up were happy.

Got a nail in my tire, Pep Boys (where I bought the tires) told me it wasn't covered under the warranty and I'd have to drop the car off for something like 7 hours. For a tire plug. Called Joe's Auto Center because they're near my house; they had me in and out in about 15 minutes, no charge. Clean-looking shop, everyone I talked to was super nice.

We've been going to Joe's Auto Center for many years. A friend recommended him to us, and I've been grateful ever since. It's like having a family member as a mechanic--I know that I'm NEVER being ripped off or taken advantage of. In fact, there have been multiple jobs that turned out to be so small that I wasn't even charged. What other mechanic does that? This YELP review is long overdue: I tell everyone I know to seek this place out because they do quality work that is fairly priced.

Joe is a very nice, honest man. This is his family's business. We take my husband's car here for any repairs/service needed. He is close by to our home and business, which makes it very convenient. I recently took my SUV in to have some work completed by Joe and his team.
First: I LOVE Joe and his hospitality. He is always so welcoming and listens to your concerns about your car and what you think the issue is. This is the second vehicle I've brought to him and will continue to always come back!
Second: I needed some very in depth work on my SUV, especially with it being 4x4 I worry about what needs to be done on it and the cost, Joe was able to look under the vehicle with me and show me what I needed done and what else we should check to make sure we get everything taken care of

I sent my Jeep here based mostly on the reviews. There is no lie to these reviews. I will be returning for any repairs that both of my vehicles need in the future. I was shown the old parts and the damage with some education. I really appreciated that as my part was not supposed to fail this early in my vehicles life span. Honest service with honest prices. You won't have to second guess your repair here.

Joe and his wife was very kind and fast to help me. I came in for a new tire since I had a flat. Joe took a look at it and came back in 15 min and said I didn't have to buy a new tire and they could just patch it up.
He didn't even charge me for the patch work. Great service and kind people. Will definitely come back

Came in because my car was making weird noises and fortunately I was helped by very knowledgeable staff. Pointed out the problem and advised me to treat my car with such and such. Very useful information provided, thought that was very sweet of them to take the time to tell me how to prevent this particular problem from occurring again.
Charged me with a cheap diagnostics check rate and thought I got the best out of it.
Most definitely will come back here, as I trust these people with my car. Highly highly recommend
