Fiori Fitness Training
Fitness is hard work - but you don't have to do it alone. Whether your fitness goals are weight loss, toning, building muscle, or overall conditioning - we can help you succeed. Our personal training focuses on intense, dynamic workouts that get results fast. Together we will work on how to eat better, exercise better and think better so you can feel better.

Together, we will design and implement a training plan that works for you. You will learn proper techniques, practice customized routines, and receive nutritional suggestions to help you achieve your fitness objectives. We offer small group personal training which includes Strength Training, Cardio Interval Training, and Nutrional Consulting.
Services
Staci will help you create a workout program based on your specific fitness and/or weight loss goals. Pre-existing health or physical conditions should not be a deterrent - your unique program will be designed to safely meet your goals. Each custom program will be based on a free fitness assessment and physical readiness questionnaire that will help formulate a customized plan for your success.
Our facility is located under the beautiful redwood trees of Santa Rosa, CA. This non intimidating, studio is located in a private, indoor/outdoor building equipped with innovative training equipment that will safely help you get in shape. TRX, Kettlebells, balance balls, free weights, and other tools are used to help you achieve your goals.

I’ve been training twice a week with Stacie for over two years and she is the BEST personal trainer I’ve ever encountered! I feel stronger and healthier than I’ve ever experienced as an adult. Stacie has made the transition to Zoom sessions effortlessly with lots of support and understanding when the dogs get in on the Zoom session and take over my mat!
I’ve been a member of every gym in Santa Rosa, and have tried many exercise programs. Nothing compares to my training sessions with Stacie! She monitors my movements and gives instructions for adjustments as I’m going through each exercise

Staci is an amazing trainer. She trains a wide range of clients, from seniors to athletes. Her workouts are always mixed up so you never get bored. I am very into fitness and work out regularly, I took a break from Staci during covid and worked out six days a week on my own. However, after doing one of Staci's online workouts, I was still sore in a way I hadn't felt in months! Needless to say, I signed right up with her again. She just provides something even the most devout home fitness person can't achieve on their own.

I have been going to Staci since 2013. It is, hands down, the most consistent exercise I have ever gotten. Here are the reasons why what she is doing works for me:
1. She will text me if I don’t show up to find out if I’m okay, so I have that accountability like I would if I was committing to working out with a friend.
2. She varies the workouts every day so you never do the same thing twice.
3. She really gets to know your body and makes suggestions about how much weight to use or alterations to the exercises to help you get stronger.
4. Even her Zoom workouts leave me sore and I haven’t

I am someone who gets easily bored doing the same exercise routine over and over. Staci mixes it up every session, so every workout is new. There are never more than 5 of us in a group (more often it's less), so she is able to correct me when I'm doing something wrong and personalizes the workout so it fits with my abilities and injuries. I always leave feeling so much better than when I came in. And now, she does an incredible Zoom workout, so you can do it from anywhere you have internet access!

I just moved to Santa Rosa and wanted to find somewhere to continue my fitness journey. I stumbled upon Fiori Fitness online and liked that it wasn't at a large crowded gym, but in a private studio. I felt super comfortable with Staci from the moment I met her! Staci is a wonderful trainer! She is very mindful of how it feels when you first start out and keeps the atmosphere light. She keeps a watchful eye and is quick to help so that the workout is most effective. Her workout style really makes the time fly. I am so happy I found her after 5 years of a very sedentary lifestyle. This was my dread and Staci has made it something I look forward to.

I absolutely love training with Staci. Her small group sessions give me a great workout. She knows the secret of keeping me accountable with appointments. I am stronger and in better shape than I was in my 30's and 40's. She motivates me to push myself and modifies for all my joints that need a little TLC. Joining Fiori Fitness was the best health decision I could have made for myself! Staci is awesome, always giving great tips and organizing fun challenges or events. Plus, the community that attends is very welcoming and you immediately feel like part of a special club of women that supports each other. Despite having a serious knee inury, Staci helped me with accommodating exercise that worked for me and her healthy challenges made me realize how to eat healthier and surprisingly tasting better. Staci is absolutely incredible. I began one-on-one training sessions with her in March 2017, and she blew me away from day 1.  I had been training with a different coach, and was very unhappy, frustrated, and unmotivated. Staci helped me push myself out of my comfort zone, and helped me get motivated again.  I swear I've never sweat so much than when I'm training with her.  She pushes you, but in a good way!  She makes training fun again.  I recently started going to her group sessions, and I love the camaraderie and friendships with everyone else in class.

I have nothing but compliments for Stacy for making me stick to a routine that works. Going to her gym is anything but routine though; I love that she keeps changing it up every session. I have been working out wth her for over a year now and my strength, endurance, posture have all improved (including a more toned body). Staci is the best! I worked with her at GISFW, and I'm so excited she left there and is going back to her own business! I love supporting women's businesses, and especially Staci's. I am going through being hypothyroid/adrenal fatigue so I need to pull back from my workouts. Staci did a great job modifying for me, and checking in to make sure I wasn't overdoing it as I heal. She is a trainer, but also a counselor and a friend. Hopefully Marissa joins her soon :)

I've signed up to exactly 5 gyms. Fiori's is my favorite. The environment is laid back and homey, -no fighting over equipment or being sized-up by macho-men, and her gym has everything you need to workout from head to toe. The gym is like a private sanctuary, and it's always kept nice a cool, even on the hottest days. There's also a wooded grove right outside, so you have the option of working out in the shade with a fresh pine breeze to keep you cool.

Bottom line- Fiori Fitness is the perfect (and rare) mix of a perfect environment and tailored workout to keep you coming

My husband and I attended Staci's Zumba class for almost 2 1/2 years before she moved to Santa Rosa. Staci is an excellent work-out motivator. She encourages you to push yourself while at the same time enjoying her class. Her teaching attitude and endless smile is very encouraging. Dancing and core challenges help you 'whittle your middle'!!!! Thank you Staci! :)

I hit my 1 month mark of working out with Staci just a few days ago. I can't believe the change that has happened in such a short time. When Staci got ahold of me I had already dropped around 40 lbs. but still felt really squishy, especially around the middle. (I have had 2 kids and it showed) Since starting at Fiori Fitness, my stomach has tightened up and my clothes fit so much smoother on my body. That squishy layer is being replaced my muscle! I've been going to Staci's small group classes for about two months now. I used to dread going to the gym and had no motivation to work out. Staci changed that. Now, I look forward to our classes and attend every chance I get. Her workouts are fun and challenging... different every time, which keeps things interesting. Staci is really great! She pushes you without being an awful drill sergeant. She keeps you motivated and makes you laugh. I'm always in a good mood after each Boot camp session. You don't have to be super athletic...Staci will help you get there!! She focuses on your whole well being not just your muscles. I highly recommend Fiori Fitness. Every day it's something new and exciting. I've even learned not to hate Burpees.
Staci is such an amazing professional that it is hard to not improve your life in more than one aspect after meeting with her.

I love Staci. 2 months ago I told her "I need to get in shape in 2 months when I see my boyfriend again"--she made it happen. Seriously! In two months! My boyfriend noticed the difference! "Your arms aren't squishy anymore" he says!

He even commented on how short a time it took to make such a big change in my body shape. Staci has never given me the same workout twice, it's always interesting, extremely efficient (toning several muscles at once is the trick) and really pushes results. She knows what she's doing! I've been taking Zumba class with Staci for 3 or 4 months now. I was worried about taking Zumba class, since most of the commercials show crazy in shape men & women dancing like professionals! but Staci's classes are much more in the "beginner or intermediate level" range. I've lost almost 15 pounds, and gained great friends!

I don't have time/money for personal training right now, but I know a lot of people who train with Staci and lover her positive attitude, professionalism and her commitment to excellence.

Staci is the best. She works you hard, but is always supportive and encouraging. She's flexible, easy to work with, and a great cheerleader for me! I have, and will continue to recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Before she started training me (which has been a while - love my new biceps!), I took Zumba from her (and I still do). She's great at everything she does.
