My passion for mental health began at Texas A&M University where I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology. My coursework sparked an intense interest in the human mind. With my innate desire to help others, I pursued a career in counseling. I went on to receive my Masters of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University.
Not at all. People who ask for help know when they need it and have the ability to reach out. Everyone needs help now and then. You already have some strengths that you've used before, that for whatever reason isn't working right now. Perhaps this problem feels overwhelming and is making it difficult to access your past strengths.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?.

My step daughter is in need of counseling. After an online search of my area, I found Rachel Gracia. Her description was perfect for what my step daughter needed. Her mother called and left a message. Her father has called twice and left two messages. Then we sent an email from Ms. Gracia's website. In all messages, we explained that we had a 19 yr old female in dire need of counseling. To date, we have not gotten any reply or response. Not even to tell us that Ms. Gracia isn't taking new cases or any information. Call me a Karen, but when you advertise yourself for a service.....at least return
