The food was sooooo good. I used to come here all the time when they first opened. I was in town and decided to have dinner. They have upgraded a lot and it looks great. The service was great as well. We did not have a wait which was good since we just got into town. I wish I lived here still but will definitely be back next time I'm in town. Highly recommend. They have a large selection of sushi which I appreciate.

Experience here totally depends on your needs. If you have no food allergies, it’s a great and delicious place to eat. If you do, it can be a nightmare. Their menu has items marked GF; when we’ve gone in person, waiters have been great in giving us info and making sure items are prepared gluten free. HOWEVER, numerous times, when we order for pickup, there is confusion and differing answers regarding whether items can be or have been prepared gluten free. We’ve been told over the phone that the same Pad Thai that we order in person as GF can’t be prepared that way and always contains gluten

I ordered sushi to go an hour before arriving and by the time I arrived it still wasn’t ready and had to wait another 20 minutes.
I’m very disappointed with the service as nobody even apologized for waiting so long on a Togo order.
I come here all the time because I do enjoy the sushi, but always had a negative experience with the service and cooked food. I have ordered their cooked food many times and not once have I enjoyed it.
The sushi is usually really good which is why I keep coming back, but something needs to be done with the service here.

What a wonderful place to relax. I am not a Sushi lover or eater, so I won't rate the food. Even though other rave and return to this place. For me it's the service. So friendly welcoming accommodating, and professional. The feeling inside this beautiful building is relaxing, happy, safe, comfortable, plus it is beautiful. As I said, I don't eat sushi, but I will return. Oh, and the drinks are well done! See you there...

No one in the place... told we had to wait 10 min. My wife did not want to wait in the front(too many people coming and going) so she sat at the first table in the dinning room. No the hostess with the least, said absolutely no. No kindness or respect showing. My wife would have to get up and move to the front. We are both heading to 80 at our next birthdays and just between us, was it necessary for the hostess to show her power; NO!
My wife walks with either a 3 wheel walker or a cane depending on the distance. Tonight she used her cane. Stupid and rigid was our experience from the hostess.

Been going to Shiki since it was a small mom and pop spot. It's evolved 5 times. The menu is very broad so folks will definitely find something they like. I like the sushi and the ginger dressing is the best in town. The spicy tuna topping is my favorite! Prices have gone up but that's happening everywhere. Definitely recommend it.

If you're ordering take out be prepared to wait at least an hour for simple menu items. I'm picking up an order for delivery and it's been almost an hour. This restaurant is significantly affecting the amount of money that I could make with their delay. It's ridiculous. It also smells in the restaurant. I give them one star because the employee working the take out area was pleasant.

Best place ever!!!
The building is large and I was worried that it would be more like a chain but I was wrong.
What more can I say? Well let me tell ya:
The sushi is buy one get one free with purchase of a drink. I got the Thai tea and then two rolls; all of which was amazing. Sushi is a bit pricey but for bogo it's not bad.
I didn't get pictures of my meal (drunken noodles) because I was so excited to dig in. The portions are huge that two people could've eaten it ah been full.
For dessert, I asked for green tea ice cream and a Vietnamese torte. Lemme tell ya - I am impressed

The ambiance is nice, the menu is great and the service today was really good during lunch time. Just a tip! They have buy one roll get one free!
It's not a five because the sushi rolls were struggling to stay together. It was evident the water to rice ratio may have been off, the rice fell off the roll easily as they stood. Also, some rolls were not sealed or compressed all around so the ingredients were coming off with a little to no touch. I am happy the flavors were there and the ingredients were fresh!

I hate to complain, especially during these tough days for restaurants. I will let poor service slide, and understand why that might be. But outright lying, cannot be tolerated. We went there Sunday night and on the board is says "50% off all bottles of wine".
We order a bottle, and when we try to order a second one, our server comes back and informs us the manager said that one is not included and "they are sorry and will make it right". Which they did not.
Again, I hate to complain, but watch out.

We try to eat out once a week, usually a late lunch. We are blessed to be in a area that has tons of great restaurants. Today Kim wanted something “exotic maybe sushi”, so we decided to try “Shiki Sushi”.
Walking in, we were impressed with the spacious, modern decor. The menu had a wide verity of Asian-Thai-Sushi choices, with medium to slightly higher prices.
The meal came with a bowl of Miso Soup, a very large bowl. I found it very sour, with a strong vinegar taste.
We got a combination of sushi rolls and Thai Basil Duck. The rolls were two for one price, were large sized and very

I'm not actually a sushi lover so I can't judge the quality of their sushi very well compared to other restaurants. It seemed like a high quality offering with a diverse menu. The service was Ok, the waitress was attentive, but not very knowledgeable. Wait times for the food seemed longer than most restaurants, but maybe was normal for sushi. The prices were certainly affordable as you get BOGO entrees with a drink purchase. The dining room is large and spacious and clean. Overall, we had a pleasant dinner at a relatively affordable price. I would recommend.

Doing a great job w seating/ service/ cleaning.. Covid proces!!
The food is Consistently well-prepared nicely served, no qustion its fresh. For the non-sushi eaters there are plenty of cooked items as well as some very traditional burgers chicken salad options for those who aren't adventurous eaters.
I had the pokey bowl the others in my party had lettuce wraps, pad Thai and sushi everyone was more than happy with their meal.

Shiki Sushi is the closest sushi place to me so I had to give it a shot regardless of the bad reviews. Y'all, heed the bad reviews. The one good thing I can say is the BOGO. So even though the sushi wasn't good at all, at least we didn't pay full price for it.
On to the sushi - the only decent roll we had was the Pink Lady which is wrapped in daikon. I'm guessing the daikon along with the ponzu sauce were the only ingredients that has ANY flavor at all which is what made it edible. All the other rolls literally tasted like...nothing. I deconstructed my rolls to see what the

Shiki Sushi was recommended to me by some friends and unfortunately, my wife and I were disappointed with this place and cannot recommend it. The sushi we got from here wasn't good. Simply put, what you get here is cheap-quality, Americanized Pan-Asian fare. Our expectations were lowered when a customer walked in after us and ordered pad Thai and chow fun while we were waiting on our sushi order. That's not to say you can't have good sushi at a place that also serves pad Thai, but more often than not, the sushi at these types of restaurants are run-of-the-mill and average at best

Usually Shiki Sushi and it's sister restaurant Tasu have really good food. Tonight I had a great experience with the service, our waitress was very attentive, made sure our drinks were full at all times. I ordered the hibachi chicken which is a full entree with veggies lo mien and rice. Unfortunately, tonight I found a piece of plastic that I was chewing my food. I felt it was cutting towards the back of my mouth so when I pulled it out to my surprise was plastic. Although I feel there is some plastic which could've been a smaller piece stuck in my throat, the management staff took this

Came for a late weekday lunch and was immediately seated. I did the buy one get one free sushi roll with purchase of a drink. I ordered the Special Maguro and Dynamite spicy with a Thai tea. The food took about 25 min to come out though the service was friendly. Both sushi rolls were good though the sushi rice was slightly dry.
I liked the Special Maguro slightly better though the I loved how the Dynamite Spicy roll was battered and fried on the outside. I thought I might need soy sauce to go with both rolls but both had plenty of sauce and didn't need anything else. This isn't the highest
